“Just had the most awesome experience at Hotel Chocolat Bluewater!
Debs and Louise were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure our visit was nothing but exceptional. Excellent knowledge of the brand and even managed to upsell our choice of products! Not an easy task for anyone.
They were funny, engaging and made a regular shopping experience actual fun, which is so rare in today’s retail world.
Whoever decided to put these two together on the same shift clearly is a genius! They work well together and understand how to use that to engage with guests positively. A lovely environment to walk into as a customer.
Will definitely keep an eye out to see if they’re in when we pass next time!”
