The staff are always friendly. My 11 yr old daughter commented that even though it was busy the service was really fast. I told her that's good teamwork. Shout-out to Alfie, who is so cheerful in his position here.

Pleasant snack and drink out in the sunshine. The young lady behind the counter appeared to be on her own and was busy but she was very pleasant and polite and didn't seem fazed at all.

A bit busy as usual but as it was a hot day we sat inside in the shade as the outside tables were full. The service was quick and friendly and the drinks were perfect just as you would expect.
I can't remember the ladies name but she was South African. She had amazing customer service, so friendly and happy. We will definitely return if she is on shift, her up selling skills were brilliant she managed to sell a drink to my partner that he didn't even want but ended up loving it! She made us leave with big smiles on our faces :) great asset to the team and store.

Very accommodating.My wife likes a weak latte so I have three shots and the wife has the one. Every one's happy. A lady in front of me was on crutches and asked for help. They looked after her nicely as well.

One of my only negative reviews. We popped in for coffee and was completely ignored by staff while waiting to be served. In the end we just walk out and found somewhere else. I appreciate staff can be busy but all that was required was a simple acknowledgement that they will attend to you shortly especially when there were four staff behind the counter and all of them looked at us without speaking.
