We went for the Broadstairs food festival and parked the car across from here at the train station.Drinks were a good price.When we entered it was very quiet but had a live band arrive later on which was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and everyone was singing along and dancing.Would recommend

I had attended on Saturday 3rd February in the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.I rate the food 1* due to my burger overdone and dry.Staff asked if the food was OK, I said it was dry, she said she would get the manager..at this point I said no as I didn't want to make a fuss. Off she went with my 3/4 plate of food. 5 minutes later the manager came over, apologised provously and made it right with a straight swap.Outstanding customer service. Pay rise for the manager who handled the situation discreetly and professionally ?I will be returning for another meal soon!

Took my friends here for a catch up. They really enjoyed the meals they had picked and said the portions are big and filling. The food, especially the home made soup is soo good. Great atmosphere, the girls serving are always happy and polite. We can take the dog too, perfect.
