The fish was old and dry. The chips were very soggy and tough. It seemed like they were made the day before. A waste of £32 and the worst fish and chips I’ve had in my life!☹️

Waste of money. Chips taste like cheap oven chips. Dry and hard. Prime position so need to get it right!

Expensive prices and Very slow service, 15 minutes for one portion of chips ?

Whenever we visit Viking Bay we visit here for our dinner. Tastes great but they take an awfully long time to serve it up. Even when there isn't a lengthy queue.

Fish is OK but service is horible. Long wait and they gave me a chips stick to eat my fish and mushy peas.

Beautiful fish and chips by the sea. Perfect batter on the fish and the friendly seagull approved of the odd chip. Also added a battered sausage and a portion of scampi. Delicious and reasonably priced.

Really tasty fried seal. The battered seahorses were unusual but very nice.

Fish like mud, chips like fried hours ago. Shame they missed such an opportunity to offer good food by the sea

Went there shortly before they closed and got a bigger portion because they wanted to avoid foodwaste - always great to see people are caring about this :)

There was a small queue when we got here so I expected it to be quite good! We had to wait half an hour for our food which was longer than we expected but we stuck it out. We ordered cod and I couldn’t believe how tiny the cod was. I’ve never seen anything like it before! My friend with me also worked at a chippy for years and she couldn’t believe it either… I instantly asked for a refund - I could hear one of the chefs at the back trying to dispute it but the cashier offered a refund and apologised so couldn’t fault him. We also found that our saveloy was barely warm which wasn’t great but was bearable. The chips and curry sauce were great however. Doubt I’d go here again…
Giving 2 stars as staff were friendly and helpful as ordered at close, chips are frozen chips and not worth 3 60 for large potion, curry sauce nice 40p for a sauce but prices are too high for quality of food recieved, can't comment on rest of menu as didn't try, prime location for custom, but I won't be going back

Lovely lovely chips, decent price, would definitely come back...and what a view!

Nice battered sausage but chips were bad. We left most of them. Very dry and had to have been frozen.

I won't be paying £2.70 for a small portion of chips anytime soon. Pricing themselves out of business
