Please be aware KFC's car park is operated by Civil Enforcement Services, my wife dropped off the kids for school when KFC was closed 65 days later we have just received a demand for £100, also worth pointing out you have 60 mins to eat your food - Absolutely disgusted won't be buying anything from this KFC again.

This trip has just reminded me that kfc is not what it used to be. A 3 piece meal consisted of two tiny drumstick and another piece that had only a mouthful on chicken on. It wss dry and only luck warm, like it had been cooked ages ago and just left under the heat lamps. The chips were also very dry. Unfortunately this has now officially put me off and I will not be returning. The place was spotless but not a single customer in there. Should have given me a clue really.

Yet again, I order a meal from here, and they always miss something out, customer service terrible, it clearly states what you get, and having called them, for them to say it doesn't come with chicken, is a joke, LOOK at your menu.

I order KFC to our hotel in Westwood retail park. Via Uba eats, the food was awful not edible the chicken was dry over cooked chips were black soggy! I’m completely disgusted, the meals aWe’re not fit for purpose

One of the better ones, was busy, staff remained calm and focused and helpful too. Food was nice, place was clean. Car park was very busy as too was the drive through. The toilets were clean and well kept too. Location is easy access as its out of town. If your looking for kfc in the area this is the one to visit without doubt!Parking: 40-50 spots

Not comfortable with the vegan burger, the bun was cold,replaced with warm bun but was difficult to eat due to overheating and the bun was harder to eat.

Super ?This KFC is the best in the whole united kingdom. The staff is friendly and quick in service. The cafe is located in a wonderful and comfortable place. If you want to visit KFC in England KFC broadstairs is the best!!!

The chicken was OK, the fries were soggy. We ordered beans but when I got back to the car I found we hadn't been given a spoon. The staff looked fed up and uninterested, but I suppose that's understandable on a Sunday! Would I return...NO!Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access.

Ordered on app, blue light card linked to app, ordered, went to pick up and denied discount when I asked why I am getting charged full price, git shrugged shoulders and don't knows, manager didn't care, showed card linked on app, they scanned from app and was told maybe its only when you eat in!Won't be ordering again and deleting app.

Missing pieces I paid for 14 pieces and is putting only 9 and pee of gravy who is prepared this order should eat whit his/her family or stay home not to served the costumers is sheet restaurant in BROADSTAIRS
