Visited today March 23rd, with a couple of friends. Our last visit together was a year ago, when the food, service and everything was excellent. Very different experience today. I ordered a spaghetti carbonate, and my friends had a pizza. My spaghetti was so dry. Not a hint of the creamy sauce advertised on the menu, and sprinkled with overcooked bacon or whatever they use. It's left a nasty taste in my mouth as has the price. They seem to have put their prices up, which may explain why the customer base has decreased over the last few months. To be fair, I didn't complain........this is the second bad meal I've had in recent months. Last time I did complain and they didn't charge me. This time, we've decided to go elsewhere the next time we meet. Very disappointed as I've always been a big fan of this Prezzo with it's lovely view overlooking the sea.

I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR PIZZA. Do not come here. Scary waiters and long wait times for middle ground food. Very hungry and leg hurt ?

Clean but almost empty. Bass fillet cooked to death even possibly re cooked from day before and small not a big plateful for £19 !! Very disappointed.

Awful experience, we were seated at the back of the restaurant and the chairs were dirty and we needed to wipe these over. No issues with the server but the food was awful. We ordered 2 Tre Gusti pizza's totaling £42.50 and there were 6 pieces of chicken on each pizza and both were luke warm at best. The lasagna was also luke warm and not hot as you'd expect so can only assume that our food had been left for an extended amount of time. The Ravioli and burger ordered were also cold along with the chips and whilst these were compensated and fresh (hot) dishes came out half of the table had finished their food before the other half had even received theirs. Mens toilets were also awful. Such a shame as until this experience, Prezzo had consistently been somewhere we would always go but no more. Unless Prezzo drastically improve, I wouldn't be surprised if this became another vacant store front in Broadstairs

My Daughter had said that she wanted to go for her 21st birthday, as we walked in was told its card payment only, whats wrong with excepting cash as well, the food was very nice, but had run out of some meals and drinks already. For a Saturday at 18.00hrs. Service was ok, a bit cold in there as well, went to the toilet REALLY WHAT A STATE AND IT SMELT BAD, no reason for that and the one toilet that was there wasn't working, note on door saying to use disabled ones, not good, and the following day we realised that i had been over charged by almost £80 didn't get much of apology. ??

Good food, good service and very happy. Booked a table for my son's 13th birthday, we arrived and was seated promptly by Craig who looked after us and made our visit very enjoyable, not too pricey and our orders served quick and hot. Would definitely recommend if you like Italian food. Good size portions too

Best Prezzo around! Perfect location with a lovely sea view. Menu is obviously the same in the whole group but Broadstairs always serves better and hotter food. It must be extremely well organised as limited staff. The guy serving was excellent, good customer service to all tables, happy, cheerful couldn't fault him in any way.

We had booking ( made online after I spend 20 minutes on the phone with no answer so I decided to go for the online option) for a large group and very last minute prezzo cancelled our table .My family came all the way from London and everyone was looking forward as we were meant to celebrate mums birthday partyOne hour before the event I received a phone call from Prezzo( strange they do pick up the phone when it comes to ruining families get-together)table cancelled at the very last minute as for a shortage of staff.Excuses?They offered us 50% off from total bill to the next visit!Seriously?I am never going to go back ever again!Disgusted!
