Pre-booked for a birthday celebration, were promised it would be special. 30 minutes to take drink orders , 1.5hrs before we received any food. They were down a couple of members of staff but still continued to fill the restaurant. Staff were unapologetic, food was average. Spoke to the waitress who offered to take 2 children’s meals and the optional service charge off the £190 bill. We won’t be returning and I doubt anyone else in the restaurant tonight will be either!

We all had Sunday roast, which was very nice. The had a DJ playing music, which was a bit on the loud side considering people like to talk whilst having dinner.

Definitely not value for money. Expensive. Side salads, where available, hardly a dessert spoon full. Unexpected service charge for service which was at best poor. Food was moderate.. Dine in. Never again.
