Stumbled upon this restaurant whilst on holiday, we had a gorgeous meal in a fabulous setting. Menu was fantastic, I could’ve eaten it all! Would definitely return if in the area again. Really great for all the family.

Great food and lovely service. Went as a group of 8 and had a lovely evening. Everyone’s food was tasty and considering the quality it was very reasonably priced. Would recommend and will return.

Informal and unpretentious eatery, with focused seasonal menu offering quality ingredients, well executed and flavourful, and reasonably priced too. Also welcomes well behaved dogs. We lucked out in that it was open on a Monday for dinner, unlike many other local eateries. Plus, we found out that quite a few dog friendly places only either served lunch or relegated customers with dogs to bar area and limited to bar food. So, we were happy. The bavette steak was tender, juicy and served with proper chimmichurri. Yum!

Had a fabulous meal at The Pickled Herring, everything was top class. Was a bit more money than average pub but the food and service were both excellent. My roast beef was about the best I’ve had in any pub or restaurant ever. Fantastic. Look forward to returning!

Classic decoration and Brilliant service with the sunset. It was my first time to visit broadstairs, I am so glad to experience the vibe of this stylish restaurant in a traditional town, what a pleasant to feel the vibe here, definitely will come back again!

On my arrival I experienced the most welcoming staff who took care of all my needs. The service provided was top class and extremely professional. My starter was divine with plenty of extras . Staff were so accommodating to all my requests. I opted for the Hake with crispy battered pieces as my main and was delighted with my meal. This was the best piece of fish I d ever tasted and the texture was amazing. Thank you I feel blessed and will definitely book again soon.

Lovely courtyard, delicious vegetarian skewer (and apparently the roast was excellent). The loos are super lovely. Staff nice and friendly.
Stumbled across this restaurant, which should be more highly advertised because if you want to experience the best food and first class service this is the place to go to. We went there twice on consecutive nights and if we were staying longer we would have been there every evening. Food well presented, well priced and well proportioned. The staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. Great food where you should go to eat and enjoy. The only thing not on the menu is disappointment. Highly recommend.

Took advantage of the excellent value burger and a beer. One of the best burgers I've had. If you are in the area, it's a must. The service from Lauren and Izabella was also excellent. Thank you, and will be back.

A small restaurant with a short menu, all good, some (the pickled herring!) excellent. Good and friendly service, very welcoming, will certainly go again when back in the area.Kid-friendliness: Welcomed children without blanching in what is a 'proper' restaurant. Not an eating joint. Had a good children's menu.

On the expensive side, my mussels sauce didn't have much flavour or not a flavor I can remember, a few more potatoes as side, please, as I got 5 slices of rosemary potatoes which really is too small portion even for a skinny little person like myself. Service is great.P.S. Thank you for allowing us with our dog!
