Good coffee. Spacious seating area. Relaxed atmosphere. When I visited it was cash only, normally this would have put me off as I don't normally carry cash, it suited on this occasion. We will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious areas and ramps make it great for access.

My wife and I were looking for a new place to get our coffee and we tried CR Chatham. Very impressed with the service and food. We will try it again and feel confident we will enjoy our coffee just as much as the 1st time.

Came here for a coffee with my friend whilst having a look at the shops. My friend is allergic to nuts, she asked is the freezers contain nuts and was met with a rude response from the worker with multi colour patches of hair (i assume manager). She was extremely abrupt and when my friend asked if there are traces she said “we don’t put nuts in it, there might not be nuts in the cream” without even checking. My friend decided she did not want to give them anymore of her money, as she had also purchased a sausage toastie (which after being toasted was slimey). I also had a caesar wrap which smelt of gone off cucumber and was extremely slimey.Will not return.Update: Managers name is Donna.Dietary restrictions: Not advised very well, rude when questioned.

We use this place almost daily with work, the drinks are freshly made and of good quality however it is the staff that make this place, they are all fun, good humoured, well mannered, professional and friendly. I haven't ever eaten here so the rating is purely on drinks and the ladies who work here
