Had the best waffle and service ever experienced here today and I think the amazing difference in this place could be alot to do with the manager Andre being much more present on the shop floor. Lovely guy who gave great service and delivers delicious food! He's obviously made some very positive changes and we look forward to our next visit!

Ordered for delivery off deliveroo. Absolute joke spent almost £40 and what I got for my money would not of paid a £5er for. One waffle no strawberrys when I ordered strawberry's and hardly any chocolate. Other one 4 strawberry's an no chocolate and 2 cookie dough that are tiny. Completely shafting people. Never ordering from here again.

very unpredictable quality here. have had milkshakes and cookie dough from here in the past and they have been okay but i ordered a bueno thickshake two nights ago and it was not a thickshake. it was not even a shake. £6.95?? with £3.25 delivery on ubereats?? over a tenner for some flavoured milk with some bueno bits in there. the dessert scene is greatly lacking in Chatham and there is a lot of scope for Creams to be excellent. unfortunately, next time i will opt for a piece of fruit in the fridge if i want something sweet after dinner.

This is the best local creams in my opinion. Its a lot cleaner compared to the others in Medway and the staff are very friendly here. The food is also much better quality and tastes great and always comes out fresh and hot.
