Natalia was my server. Prior to Natalie serving me she had stood there talking to another member of staff while I waited at the till (at full knowledge of me being there) she then had started talking to a different member of staff and had stopped serving me, not very good customer service skills?

Good product, but substandard customer service. The male assistant inappropriately explainined the difference between take away and eating in. Telling me off for daring to take a bite of my doughnut whilst sugaring my coffee

Nice budget friendly British bakery that serves varity of pastries. My favourite one cheese and onion bake. Bargains like coffee croissants combo for 2 pounds is really good for commuters. Opens very early morning.

I SOOOO love Greggs sausage rolls, the prices are so affordable!! This shop isn't expensive tho, thier foods are freshly made. Great value for food!!
