Was looking forward to our chinese spent over 40 quid waited at least hour and a half it was cold when it finally come chilli beef was dry and nothing seemed fresh was very disappointing so dont waste your money guys it's really not worth the risk 0 zero stars they deserve

Absolutely disgusted to have my order confirmed for delivery as im in isolation then cancelled have to wait 3 4 days for refund,so im now sitting indoors no money for anywhere else and no shopping for tomorrow

This turned up an hour late, was stone cold, had items missing and the pad Thai looked like someone had thrown up in a tub, it also stank of rotten fish. Spoke to the restaurant and the lady had to wait for a manager to call me back which im still waiting for. Just eat are not much better at refunding my money. AVOID

Ordered vegetarian noodles, when it turned up it had chicken in, the lady on the phone just laughed, offered refund for the chicken, we will see if I actual get that. Wouldnt have thought so..also had crispy tofu, looked revolting. Like pork scratching or something.Went straight in the bin and cooked myself a pizza.. avoid this place like the plague

I don't often leave reviews but hopefully I can help someone else save themselves time and effort before using this poor excuse for a Chinese takeaway. At 10:15pm we ordered food through Uber Eats from Kungfood. The order was accepted and gave an estimated delivery of 10:45pm to 11:05pm. Around 11:15 we called to see if they were on the way thinking maybe there's a few orders so it could be delayed. No answer on the phone and no answer through the app with updates it said "food may be with you shortly". After an hour we decided to go out and get a mcdonalds as this was the only thing open after our wait. Around 12:20am..2 hours after ordering a random person knocked on the door and tried to drop off food which was refused. He claimed he didn't work for uber or the takeaway he was just "helping out" and confirmed the food was cooked at 11pm and had been sitting in the containers for 1 hour 20 mins then walked off with the cold (and from previous reviews, probably incorrect) food. UBER got straight back to me the next morning and refunded the amount and I've advised this takeaway should not be represented by their name or by any fast food delivery service like Just Eat. I called the takeaway today to ask why it took that long and the lady ignored my questions and rudely shouted and said "you got your food" which yes.. We did 2 hours later and about as cold as the temperature outside. Then proceeds to hang up the call after shouting even though I'd asked a question which I never got an answer for. **Please save yourself hassle and AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY** I really wish I had read the reviews first because I would not have ordered myself. Hope this helps someone in future.

Just ordered and the food arrived before expected, couldn't be more impressed, fantastic service and the food is lovely, would order again!I have always ordered the same food from the surrounding takeaways, but this beats them hands down!Ordered House Special Chow Mein, Chicken Satay on Skewers, and Chicken Curry.

Absolutely beautiful cuisine. I've today submitted a sample of their house linguine to be considered for Michelin star status. The feast was delivered before I'd even put the phone down. How can I advertise this awe-inspiring institution to the world at large?

Because of the low rating I was worried to order from here, so I thought I would try to experience it for myself with them. Food arrived before it was expected, still very warm and really, really tasty. I was really very surprised. I will go back again, definitely. Well done ?

Do not use this place absolute garbage food delivery time horrendous. Driver apologetic needs a new job for a decent takeaway
Honestly people......please please never go there. Horrible attitude, no staff, never pick up calls. The food is of poor taste and extremely low quality.

Food arrived 20 minutes late, cold an inedible. Spent a lot of money, most of the food went in the bin. NEVER EVER would i order from this "restaurant" again. How Just Eat can deliver for them... obviously they have no standards either. This wll only let me post if i give at least 1 star, otherwise there would be none!!

awful. ordered food on just eat. was going to be an hours wait. fine. However five minutes before expected delivery time was told it was delayed another hour. Called them and was then told they don’t deliver to where i am as it’s too far! got a refund very quickly but wasn’t a sorry or anything. rude.

I will never order from here again, tried Foodhub for the 1st time. Although the food was delivered earlier than expected we were missing a dish, we phoned the restaurant and a very rude and aggressive lady said it was in the bag, advised that it wasn't, she was extremely rude and called my husband a liar. We tried to take this up with Foodhub but as the restaurant wouldn't issue refund neither would Foodhub, the food wasn't great either chicken balls dripping on grease, prawn crackers were stale, the rest of the food was mediocre at best and wished I had checked the food hygiene rating before I ordered.

We collected and live very close and food was still cold, crispy chilli beef rock solid and less than half a container full, rice lumpy and clogged together, curry cold, thick and gloopy all food had an aftertaste of soap. Missing an order of rice it all went in the bin. I have eaten here before lockdown and food was nice but it has put me off eating here again
