Went in for lunch with a friend. We ordered cheese and onion toasties, a tea and a chocolate shake. The food took a long time to arrive. We had been given a number - the poor woman wandering around the restaurant with our tray of food has a different number on the receipt and we watched her try and serve it to several tables before putting it back on the tray and looking around in confusion. The toasted sandwiches had so little filling they both looked like two pieces of very thin, cheap bread that had spent a minute in a warm toaster. Mine had lots of onions, but very little cheese. It looked unappetising. A toasted sandwich is such a simple thing to make, and they clearly are not up to it. I returned it and it took so long to process the refund I had no time to drink my tea, so got a take out cup. This used to be a really good place for lunch with good sandwiches and nice cake. The staff they have now cannot even match the number they write on the order to the number they give you for your table. I'm giving 2 stars because apparently the chocolate shake was nice. Don't waste your time or your money. Go to Latinos instead.

Very yummy frappe. 100% better than the other franchises around & a wee bit cheaper. Shall be returning to try their food as have heard good responses to that from my coffee mates

Had the salmon and cream cheese bagel. The bagel was extremely dry and tasted like they were selling day old bagels. Very disappointed. Specially for a price of 5.80£ I expected way better.

Had a lovely experience. The staff were super friendly. My panini was delicious and hot. Beautiful heart design on my coffee. Biscoffee cheesecake mmmmmm. Will be returning soon.

Not very nice. My egg and bacon Bagel was burnt and squashed down what looked like with a flat iron. Couldn’t taste anything, which made it inedible.Ordered 2 blueberry muffins and they come completely different. One with cream on it, and a normal one. Wasn’t what was described.

Looks cozy outside, inside not so (dishes/cups noise). Table was dirty,tea spoon not polished and dirty teacup&teapot(stains of old tea).Carrot cake £.3.20 per slice not tasty at all,but fresh. Sandwich is fine.
Cleanliness and friendly staff and service. I ordered a cappuccino and berry toastie with butter, and it was fresh crunchy and tasty. Mostly of all I loved the smiley face that was at the end of my cup and that made my day after hard working day at work. Thank you at the Chatham branch in the Pentagon Mall.

Was really underwhelming, I ordered from Uber Eats as I had fancied something different for lunch but the food arrived squashed and they didn't have the lovely cheesecake and brownie they had on the menu instead they asked if we'd like "mudcake" which I accepted but it was just a cheap chocolate cake, nothing special. Also used a voucher code but when I had to pick an alternative on the app, it must've removed the code when the order updated and I ended up paying £35 instead of £25 for a really lousy lunch for 2 people which also turned up late. Trying to speak with Uber Eats to get it sorted. Not sure I'll be ordering from here again in a hurry, it's a bit overpriced for what it is.
