Nice food and managed to find my place which alot of other delivery people struggle to however they forgot our drink with the order and by the time I realised the guy had gone so thats why only 4

Delivered Ben & Jerrys ice cream which we put straight into the freezer. When we opened it a couple of hours later, it had obviously defrosted and then refrozen(2 toned in colour) We called Papa Johns and had a ridiculous conversation on how we should have checked it and as we had it for 3 hours it couldn’t be replaced. What has happened to customer service? I have better things to do then argue about a replacement of a tub of ice cream, where the conversation should have been we are really sorry and will send a replacement out. Instead of having to drive down and speak to the numpty manager, who felt he was doing me a massive favour in replacing inedible ice cream! Last time l will order from there!

We dropped in for a collection and I have to say that the staff are hard working and friendly in here. The pizza and sides were also not too bad x

In Chatham its one of the best place to get the best pizza ?, We order 2 XXL pizza for 6 people and that a good quantity ? and very tasty. I personally like their spicy pizza that is chicken fajita and Mexican hot ?. Both are good spicy pizza. Also we try the full meat pizza and BBQ chicken classic both are tasty. I am very happy with price and taste. Satisfied. Thank you very much..

Better pizza than their competitors. Friendly staff. Only problems is delivery. Arrived late and very cold. They immediately offered a replacement without quibbling which was very fair.

If I could give it a 0 I would don't use the food was inedible cold and under cooked phone them to get my money back and they said they will send me a new one or give me a free one next time like I'm going to order from them again had to go down there and was still saying they will not give me my money back had to have a argument to get my money back don't use them it's worth the headache better pizza elsewhere

If I could give it minus stars it would be minus 5 order over an hour ago and still not here never ordering from this place again what a joke.Pizza finally after hour and half, came cold and very rude driver and very very poor customer service when rang to complain DO NOT USE THE CHATHAM NEW ROAD PAPA JOHNS.
