Absolutely appalled, made a pricey order of £70, the driver had been on the road with our food half an hour. Turns up at the door and the food has spilt in the bag. She literally runs away from the door and says she can't do anything about it. But before she leaves tells us she had two drop offs before ours one of which is 20 minutes out from our house!Rang Yoons and they completely shirk all responsibility and refer you to Uber. But I didn't spend £70 with Uber. The food is clearly poorly packaged and is in a complete state and cold on top of that.No responsibility from Yoons or Uber so you get terribly packaged, spilt, cold food and nowhere to go. Easy get out clause that the delivery is nothing to do with them. But surely they decide the amount of stops with their delivery partner and half an hour for delivery should be unacceptable.Surely they should have some responsibility towards the people they use to deliver food. The customer service is atrocious and the person on the phone proceeds to tell you to put it into perspective. I guess it's because they are not £70 down.Has anyone thought about the end customer spending money and getting complete c**p delivered.Cold foodSoggy boxesCurry everywherePoor customer serviceNo money returned

I deliver from this restaurant. Meals are always hot, straight from the stove to my delivery bag, to the customers. For those dining in, the atmosphere is superb. Nicely decorated, clean, wonderful staff.

Nice restaurant. The owner was friendly, attentive and accommodating. I came here with my mum. She really liked it here.

We visited here from the reviews here on Google, the staff helped us in as my wife uses a wheelchair, Firstly the drinks prices for a restaurant are very good indeed £3.50 for a single G n T is really good value. They offer both a normal menu and an all you can eat option too. We chose the normal menu as my wife would not eat the value of the all you can eat. The food came out nice and promptly and was very tasty indeed, what I liked is that it wasn't over seasoned. The older lady who I presume is the owner double checked that what we ordered was ok, which was a nice touch. All in all it was fine my only criticism is that the room that you ate in was too brightly lit for my taste and spoiled the atmosphere a bit.

Been going here ever since I was in school. Good food, nice staff. One of the only truly nice places to eat in Chatham. They are also very respectful of dietary restrictions, if you're vegetarian and you would like something altered slightly to make it veggie friendly they will listen.

My recent experience at Rendezvous at Goons Chinese Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance welcomed me with its charming oriental decor and warm lighting. The attention to detail in every corner truly set the stage for a delightful evening. The menu was a testament to the chef's mastery of Chinese cuisine, offering an array of traditional and innovative dishes. The flavors were an exquisite dance on my taste buds, each bite bursting with authenticity and a modern twist. The Dim Sum Sampler was a perfect start – an array of delicate dumplings that melted in my mouth. The service was impeccable; the staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive to every need. They were quick to recommend dishes based on preferences and dietary restrictions, making the dining experience feel tailored and personal. One highlight was the Crispy Peking Duck, a showstopper in both presentation and taste. The skin was delightfully crispy, and the meat tender and succulent. The accompanying pancakes, hoisin sauce, and fresh scallions completed a symphony of flavors.I must also mention their seafood dishes; the Sweet and Sour Chili Prawns were a revelation. The balance of sweet and spicy was perfect, and the prawns were cooked to perfection. To end on a sweet note, the dessert menu was a treasure trove of delights. The Mango Pomelo Sago was a refreshing and delightful way to wrap up the feast.Rendezvous at Goons managed to create an evening that was not just a meal, but an experience. It's a culinary journey that transports you to the heart of China while embracing modern culinary techniques. If you're seeking an exceptional dining experience that marries tradition with innovation, this is the place to be. A definite 5-star gem that I wholeheartedly recommend!Vegetarian options: Rendezvous at Goons Chinese Restaurant truly knows how to cater to vegetarians with a diverse and enticing array of meat-free options that rival even their non-vegetarian counterparts. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the thought and creativity put into crafting a menu that caters to different tastes and preferences. From the moment I glanced at the menu, I knew I was in for a treat. The Vegetarian Spring Rolls were a crispy and flavorful start to the meal, filled with a medley of vegetables that tasted incredibly fresh. The chef's expertise in blending spices and flavors was evident in each bite. One dish that stole the show was the Eggplant Tofu Stir-fry. The marriage of tender eggplant and silken tofu in a savory sauce was an explosion of textures and tastes. It's a dish that's not only satisfying but also showcases the kitchen's skill in creating innovative vegetarian offerings. The Vegetable Dumplings were a delightful surprise. Each dumpling was a work of art, and the filling was a delightful combination of vegetables that had been seasoned to perfection. The umami flavors were balanced and satisfying. What impressed me the most was the fact that the vegetarian options weren't just an afterthought; they were given the same attention to detail and presentation as the non-vegetarian dishes. The menu offered a variety of options, ranging from light and refreshing salads to hearty noodle dishes and aromatic stir-fries.The staff was not only accommodating but also well-versed in explaining the ingredients and preparation methods for each dish. This level of understanding and consideration made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.Rendezvous at Goons Chinese Restaurant truly understands the importance of providing delectable options for vegetarians, and they've succeeded in creating a menu that celebrates the richness of plant-based cuisine. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply looking to explore new flavors, this restaurant is a haven for anyone who appreciates inventive and satisfying meat-free options. A definite 5-star rating from a delighted vegetarian diner!

I ordered a meal just for myself; Singapore Noodles & Special fried rice. Both were beautifully tasty & what I loved & it was a surprise was that the food was in cardboard containers not the plastic one's of old! Delivery time was excellent, not to quick. I don't order many take out food but I'll definitely order from here again! 10/10
