I like this shell. There are a lot of convenient things to buy in the store. Service is good.

in this peco station you get a fine even if you are loyal customers and they treat you with a back when you ask to speak with the manager of this peco station the reason for the fine is parking for 22 hours in the station without checking that a car entered twice and stayed less than 15 minutes on any given date

I was in line at the car wash waiting for over 30 minutes to get my car washed and today I received a £100 parking ticket in the post for waiting there!! incredible!! And to top it off that day my car was left still dirty and I paid the premium!! I do not recommend this place, I am very disappointed!!

Tried forcing me to remove my motorcycle helmet to buy fuel (I have cameras and microphones setup on it and would be difficult)Yet if I was a religious freak with a bag over my face it would be absolutely fine!

Convenient that both coffee machines seem to be out of order at the exact same time that there is currently an offer on coffees for £1. Touch screen works fine and no scroll bar stating there is any issues with it(I know these machines) worse garage by far. Owners of this particular store as its a franchise are a waste of space.

The air compressor machine is a scam, is taking the coin but you don't get the air, i ask for a refund and the bloke from the till said that sometimes is working and sometimes it doesn't and he cannot refund me......proper customer service

I have tried on numerous occasions to pop into shell/coop on dock road and many times the doors are shut and only the night window open, Friday 22 July 3 times I tried without being able to go in to get a few essentials, totally unacceptable
The staff was very rude very bad service, I ask him coffee ☕️ he look at me and he said I can't give coffee very bad behaviour ? for no reason.

The app didn`t work and I had to go and pay the till. When I went to the till I wasnt asked if I have shell card or not and I was handed the device to pay and I automatically did. However, I realized that my shell card wasn`t scanned for about 45 l of shell v- power fuel and I will miss on points and discounts. Respectively, I asked if that could be rectified, to be told it was too late and nothing can be done. Really really disapointed, ESSO and BP have much better service and if I forgot to scan my card they do it for me and they always ask first. I am more disapointed from the way I was told then that I will miss on any discounts.

Not 24 hours, more likely 20. Randomly closes at peak times during the day. Watch out for the traffic cones across the entrance at various times as this often catches out drivers tuning into the forecourt. Apart from the extremely annoying closures its handy if you need a bathroom break. Food is a little expensive but quite good.
