I asked for some sweet chilli and they put it everywhere except in the actual sub. The workers had a rude attitude, only the people at the till were nice enough. I picked the chicken and bacon with cheese, and only got bacon on one side, also chicken on another, nearly near to none cheese. Their was 5-7 people in the shop at once and still messed up my order. I’m very disappointed with the service, don’t recommend.

The Chatham subway is by far the worst I've used. The staff are always miserable and rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Ordered a foot long tuna sub on my last visit and what I received was rubbish. The didn't even spread the tuna out I just had clumps here and there. Ridiculously skimpy on the salads too. Given them enough chances now and won't be going back. Gillingham highstreet subway isn't any better either so I think the poor service isn't just the Chatham one.Sorry subway but you've lost a loyal customer.Given it a generous 2 starts because it wasn't always as bad as it's become.

It was ordered through uber eats in tier 4 and delivery was fine but I ordered a salad box with double spicy italian meat and extra cheese. What I got was a single serving only.

I think subway needs to improve on customers and staff wearing face masks 1 person out of 20 has used a face mask ( on average). Not even the workmen are wearing it

Used love subway hash browns. These Hash browns were half cooked. Not at all crispy :(

A nice restaurant with the standard selection of ingredients from a Subway chain.It seemed reasonably clean but wasn't perfect and there wasn't a high-chair when we visited for our child to sit in.If you're in the area and need a healthy meal then go here, but if not there are other restaurants nearby that could serve you better.

Went there yesterday 21/2/20 for the first time had a 6 inch Steak and cheese, looked nothing like the picture they had of it. No long strips of steak but meat that looks like its been put into a blender, looked more like dog food and when I got home my dog eat it. If that is Subway take on the great philly cheese steak then subway has a lot of work to do, I could do better my self

No customers but us, 3 staff working, tables and floor full of rubbish, bin overflowing, salad and meat stands needed tidy and refill, staff were messing about behind counter and out back. Decided not to eat. Walked out. Never been to a subway I wasnt happy with till now. Shame.

Right subway you need to go into here and retrain then as it’s awful. First to go in seeing a guy with a scabby neck which he is scratching all over the food, then using the same gloves for meat and vegetarian food - I had to tell him to change them. The staff were not interested, massive queue out the door and they were just staring at the walls. The guy on the till had nail varnish on which was falling off. Seriously!!! It was so nasty

Exactly what you can expect from a modern subway, also having great service and enough staff. Kept clean and tidy throughout and well lit. However by design this store will get crowded and the seating is minimal in comparison to other stores.
