Frozen pizzas, Saw them take em out the freezer..Paid 6£ for a frozen pizza. lovely people but can't rate frozen "takeway" food.

Walked in off the street and was acknowledged straight away. Fast service HOT food even by the time I got it home. Very good chilli sauce, I believe, is made from scratch, not out a bottle. (Only guessing as good consistency and very fresh tomato bassed and perfect spice heat to suit average person )Vegetarian options: Had vegetable skewers and salad in pitta options. Various pizzas etc. Just look at menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Steps to get in but sure staff would help as seemed friendly.

I recently ordered two small mixes, small chicken donna and small chicken kebab from this establishment, hoping for a satisfying meal. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the customer service I encountered when I called to address the issue was abysmal.I had specifically requested mixes for the variety of meats in my order, expecting them to be layered within the mix. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was advertised. The only meat present was chicken donna and lamb donna, with no trace of the other meats I had expected. This blatant disregard for accuracy left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied.Upon contacting the restaurant to inform them of the error, I was met with a complete denial that anything was wrong. The staff member I spoke with insisted that they had prepared the order correctly and that I must be mistaken. Instead of offering any form of resolution or apology, they proceeded to argue and shout at me over the phone. Their rude and unprofessional behavior was shocking, to say the least.To make matters worse, the staff member abruptly hung up on me, leaving me feeling disrespected and unheard. It is deeply disappointing when a business fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and chooses to mistreat their customers instead.Based on this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. The staff members were not only rude and unhelpful but also deceitful about their errors. There are plenty of other dining options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer genuine service. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out a different restaurant that values their customers.

Before I came to this takeaway I was complaining to my boyfriend that we hadn’t found a place that we would want to order from again. I think this will now become our go to place.He got large mixed doner which was a fair size for the price. I got a 12 inch cheese pizza. He loved his food and didn’t find it too greasy and the salad was nice and fresh. My pizza was nice, I like it on the border of burnt though so I’ll ask for it to be done an extra couple minutes next time I think. All the staff were really nice and it was made quickly. When the food is ready they list everything you ordered to make sure they haven’t missed anything too so you don’t have to go checking through the bag for missing stuff :)
