Food usual good standard but the menu has been greatly reduced. Probably a sign of the times.

Used to love going to wimpy but this place has gone down hill. The place looks tired and worn out, the toilets were filthy, ice cold and hand dryer was not working. Food was greasy and not great value for money. Told there was an issue from head office meaning no ice cream. The staff were friendly but other than that I can't recommend this place anymore, such a shame.

Very small, friendly place to eat. Only my first time here if you have a pram with a small baby in it, not an easy place to get into but not a bad place to eat otherwiseKid-friendliness: Nice selection for childrenWheelchair accessibility: Definitely not wheelchair accessible

I love Wimpy and visit one whenever I see one. The one in Chatham is absolutely at the moment my favourite. The service was brilliant, staff pleasant, helpful, efficient. The food was hot, fresh, very tasty and plentiful. Always have the same and this is the best special grill I have ever had. Would highly recommend a visit

This place isn’t how used to be since the staff have changed. Lady Got our order wrong and I really felt forced to take it, obviously I didn’t but I had to tell the lady no numerous times! It made us all feel uncomfortable.

Made my annual birthday trip to Wimpy in Chatham. Met by a lovely and friendly waitress, food was quick, nice, hot and the restaurant was nice and clean. All in all it was lovely. I was going to knock a star off for atmosphere but in all honestly it's a Wimpy, classic British burger place. Takes me back to my childhood and this was a shining example of the franchise.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu and high chairs

Slow service Sunday at 2pm ish they were already cleaning everything down to close up by the looks of it . Ordered kids meal for my daughter and was told they didn't have ice cream was told it would be the pancakes (suspect they had already turned off the machine ) as when it came time for pancakes they couldn't find any and magically the ice cream was back on the menu but took ages as waiting for the machine to come back up to temp to make it

Food portions are smaller than ever when there's no ice cream you have to discount meal price or go buy some food was hot and served perfectly

Food was undercooked chips and very coldMILK IN MILKSHAKE WAS OFFBeen going wimpy for years and always brilliant food but Chatham one is not even suitable for consumption. Tried Contacting for an explanation with no one to answer the phone. Not sure how anyone can let a milkshake out the door with it immediately smelling as soon as we undone the wrapper from delivery

food has changed for a much more expensive price. burgers have changed, no flavour taste bland. Wimpy sauce has changed dramatically tasted nothing like it used to. chips were gross and hard, frankfurter has also changer. the drinks, I'm adamant it's months old or was given diet instead of normal or super watered down because it was awful. will never go back and we used to coke regularly.
