Stopped here for a coffee and cake, very nice except for the noise. The ice crusher for milkshakes etc was exceptionally loud, we had to stop our conversation every 5 mins as we coudn't hear each other speaking.

Nice coffee shop and cafe. Busy with a happy vibe. Incredible selection of milk shakes. Food looked good although I just had coffee. Rear garden for overflow was welcome as it was pretty packed.

My family loved the atmosphere. The staff kindly took a photo of my nephew's 14 week old dog, Dexter to join all of Arthur's friends. Dexter posed very well for the photo.
I ordered a latte and it was cold. Not happy! Staff did not even acknowledge the fact i was disappointed with my drink and was left with a cold latte for the rest of my visit. I then ordered a brownie which was SO DRY. Very upset with the poor food and rudeness and ignorance from ALL staff i spoke too. Will not be returning.

After moving to Cranbrook recently, I was magnetised to Arthurs, from its décor and obviously popularity.Now, I come here for a coffee and relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere.All the staff are genuinely happy and deliver a great coffee shop experience.Plus it is very dog, child and everyone friendly!Love it

Arthurs is he best cafe you can imagine. Lovely staff, yes very attractive as well. They understand good coffee. They love dogs which suits me fine. They have seats outside in the sun or inside in the warm. I don't live in Cranbrook, but whenever I am there I hope to have time to pop in for half an hour. I've never had a bad word about this place, I wouldn't believe it anyway
