As an Asian American I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the bbq board. Food was cold, disappointing taste, and I ended up with a bad stomach ache within 10 min of leaving the restaurant. In my opinion, waste of time and money. Would not go again.

Nice food - not particularly healthy as most things are deep fried - If I ate here everyday I'd be dead within the week!Friendly, helpful staff and nice atmosphere.They seriously need to lose the policy where they bring your food whenever it's ready.My wife and I both ordered the same, burger and fries with a couple of sides.......One lone burger arrived on a tiny plate and was placed in the middle of the table with us both looking at it thinking - well now what?........Then then next burger arrived 4-5 mins later, but no fries for either of us. Then the fries arrived 2-3 mins later and the same scenario with the sides.By the time all the food arrived, the first to come out was cold. I complained and explain how silly it was bringing everything out separately as it's cooked and they did offer to redo my burger, but what is the point as by the time another burger is done everything else on the table will be cold.What a silly policy, such a shame. They need to learn how to have everything ready for an order at the same time, as every other restaurant does in Britain and the rest of the world as far as I'm aware - Hence only three stars on service, this is not a reflection on waiter and bar service, as that was very good.Very expensive way of getting nice, but cold food. It came to £135 for a burger, fries, two sides and a couple of drinks each.

A gem within Canterbury. Whoever designed the interior of this store deserves their accolades! Staff are extremely polite and food service is as prompt as you’d expect freshly made food to be. Food is on the pricier side but it tastes the price! If you are thinking about going, do it!Parking: Multi storey car park nearby

Me and my partner came here last night. The food was amazing but the service just made it. We had Francesca serving us and she definitely made our dinner experience enjoyable. Lovely and polite lady :)

Fantastic food and fantastic staff. A little expensive, we went for the meat platter for two and it was more than enough. Great quality ingredients and very well cooked. Lots of BBQ'd meats so if you're not into that this may not be the place for you.The wings were amazing!The staff are very attentive and always at hand.No student discount offered.

Waitress told us the double rum and coke we ordered would be £8.00, it was £16.00!!! She laughed as she asked us to pay the bill and said “yeah it’s very expensive here” - would never go again!

First visited early in December and loved it so much that we returned for NYE. The service is possibly the best we've experienced in Canterbury - extremely kind, genuine and lovely staff. The food is incredible and the warm atmosphere means we will be back soon as working through the menu!!
We had our Christmas Party here on Friday the 22nd of December and it was fantastic, the food is amazing & the staff are so friendly & knowledgeable, the place has a great atmosphere and I was so happy we chose this venue, particular praise goes to Izzy and Britta our waitresses, they were fabulous and knew the menu really well, the cocktails are also top notch.. thanks to you all for a great night & I would highly recommend this venue.

Came here on a busy Saturday evening and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was really good, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. There were five of us and the bbq board for four was plenty big enough with all the sides we had. Will definitely go back and totally recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good food, cooked well served by good staff in a relaxing fun environment.

Found this from a Google search. Wanted to find a nice restaurant for a birthday celebration. Never been to Canterbury before. Liked the look of the menu, so gave it a go. Was absolutely not disappointed. Everything from the moment we walked in and was greeted was perfect. Staff knew the food and were able to advise based on our tastes. We had the K-cluck burger and rice bowl. Loved the music, vibe, friendliness and food. Even down to the little details of bringing out a little birthday treat. Thank you so much. Had the best time. Highly recommended and would definitely go back

Very expensive for what you get £70 for a dirty cowgirl for 2 meats was almost inedible very dry and tasteless sorry but we wont be returning here .... the caves version so much better
