There is ALWAYS something missing from my order, when I look in the bag after getting back from the Drive-Thru!Today - one of the fries; the time before - a double cheeseburger; the time before that - they gave me a cheeseburger, instead of a double cheeseburger!Every time I check the reciept and I have paid for the item!I love McDonald's (and fair enough it is ALWAYS busy at this location) - but clearly they are either understaffed in comparison to the demand, or they are undertrained, because they make consistent mistakes!
Sat outside waiting 20 mins for a cheeseburger. Then when asked for a refund Manager was rude. Maybe should value there customers at the counter more than the uber eats drivers!

McDonalds Order 1939 - Tell Us How We Did!!"Still without doubt, the worse McDonalds on the planet. Asked to park out front, to which I said where, there's no spaces. Cars double parked on double parked cars, blocking others in.Meanwhile, you have a copious amount of staff drifting aimlessly about these vehicles, with open bags of food in the rain. Got my order after waiting twelve minutes, where an open bag was handed to me with items missing. After highlighted this, I had to wait a an additional several minutes for the order to be fulfilled and after a short drive home, the food was stone cold.I'm just amazed at how difficult you make this process. Cook food. Package food. Fold top of bag over. Deliver to customer. You're hardly splitting the atom!The only Award this store should be credited with, is that their appalling service never changes. 0/10"

Always busy, has become some sort of Uber meeting point and the food is now so expensive. One meal was almost ten pounds. When did that happen? Cheaper to go to.a restaurant!!
Quick bit to eat on the way to Dover.Next to the petrol station. It can get a bit busy and the car park is quite tight and small. Possible wait to get parking.Restaurant was very clean.
