This is a great hotel and such a great night had. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The beds were really comfy and rooms were nice and warm. The restaurant next door is really good and food was really enjoyable. This is in a great location and easy to find from the main road.

Always great reception at premier inn and this is no different. Great location just a few miles from ferry. Plenty of parking too.

Breakfast at adjoining Beefeater is a rip off, you must pay 7.99 even if you just want a coffee. We didn't bother. Room excellent.

Our experience with premier inn A20 was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable staff very helpful and the breakfast and staff at the beefeater also very helpful food was great. I’m gluten intolerant and they couldn’t do enough for me as far as sorting out what I could eat ( great help) The rooms we had were very clean. A great place to refresh and recharge if going to France as tunnel is a short 10 min drive

£10 early check in fee, even if it’s only for as little as 30 minutes - non negotiable

It's a Premier Inn, like all if the others. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly check in staff who you barely interact with.

Hotel is comfortable and friendly.Sadly let down by truly attrocious food at the the Beefeater next door. Not even that busy on a Sunday before Christmas. If you cant handle it dont take bookings and have a rethink about offering food!Other people leaving were also shocked by the dreadful food.Mixture of dry, bland or cold and greasy fare. Reasonably well kept beer stopped me refusing to pay any of the bill.Server was very apologetic and reduced the bill so we appreciate that.Shame as a bad start to the first attempt at a first trip to France since the whole Brexit mess....Rooms: Comfortable and cleanFood & drinks: Awful see main review

Good location in between Folkestone and Dover. Perfect place to stay. Decent rooms and competitive price. Wifi needs upgrading though. Other hotels offer free wifi with good speed. Free wifi is available and if you pay £5 then you get 10x faster than free wifi.

Cleanliness in bathroom could have been better. Lovely and quiet so slept well.

This is an ideal location to spend a night if travelling to France from Dover . The hotel is 10 minutes from the port and allows persons to feel rested and refreshed after a long drive to get to Dover. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a beefeater restaurant next door for food and drink , where we had a great steak on the evening. We also had an outstanding breakfast there as part of staying at the Premier InnRooms: Clean and comfortableFood & drinks: A Beefeater restaurant is next door.

Hotel good. Nice comfy beds etc. Food a joke. No fish of any sort available. No proper vegetarian main meal option. So we ended up with apple pie and custard at full meal price. Never again. Sad cos we used to go regularly.Food & drinks: I've said it. A joke!!!>6

DO NOT BOOKOther customers were fighting at 1am in and out of the building. No staff intervened or contacted the police. No sleep due to this. When complaining hotel advise not their concern as it occurred in car park to their property. Despite customers going in and out of the building. VERY POOR SERVICE.
