Dirty womens toilet and no toilet tissue. Mens toilet flooded. When I reported it, I was given a blank response and made to feel invisible.This is the first garage that many foreign visitors may use and as a local person I feel embarrassed and ashamed!!

The large notice outside have a price of £1.54.9p per litre - at the pump it said £1.55.9 p per litre. They apparently had forgotten to change the outside notice, which i found unacceptable as this is the price people see and make their decision to purchase on (not the very small indication on the pump) The manger would not relent and so i left without purchase and will not use this petrol station again!

The dirtiest restroom I've ever seen. It is a shame knowing that they are practicing those extremely high prices for everything and they are offering such a bad service.

Stopped to use tyre air machine due to warning light in car. Card-enabled but would not let me proceed, kept showing 'wait' message so had to leave and go elsewhere

They look like they are short of staff. Shelves need restocking. Forecourt is grubby and pumps need cleaning
I would'nt let my dog use these toilets .. shocking ... sort it out it's filthy

Arrived at these services the toilets were worse than public toilets in a park absolutely terrible stink and two with no toilet roll toilets not been cleaned either ?

In the current fuel crisis this company has proved to be appaullingly run, with telephone answering staff totally ignorant of any answers to questions that may be asked by the public. The phone number given, on line next to a shell petrol station in the Dover area, was a Liverpool code. The woman that answered just kept telling me it was Liverpool, as if I thought it was Timbuktu. This company has its own oil refineries and its own fleet of tankers, yet their filling station in the Dover area has been closed for 4 days. Royal Dutch Shell my foot, a disgrace to the name.
