If you want a pizza with only half the topping and to look like it’s been cut by a 2 year old then it’s great! We have been ordering this pizza for 4 months and no problem but tonight it was atrocious!

We have used Dominoes Herne Bay many times, and the service is always great!There is nothing else like Dominoes and the Pizza is always piping hot and fresh, the Chicken boxes are amazing.Always good!

Found a long black hair in my pizza as I bit into it called up and was told this was impossible as none of the staff have black hair. So I guess it magically appeared. Only thing they could offer me was more hairy pizza

Order was missing a side of chicken strips, after ringing them back up was told they'd be redelivered. Phoned again and was instantly hung up on . . . Yo you guys just stole from me, right?

Placed on order on Tuesday for a Texas bbq chicken pizza along with garlic cheese bread and chicken strippers, the bbq chicken pizza was on a tomato base and didnt have any peppers on or onion so i called the shop who said they will collect the pizza and deliver a new one. 45 minutes later the driver arrived, the pizza wasnt in the warming bag as usual so was cold, we showed the driver the new pizza to what we received whom confirmed clearly incorrect. For new management it seems to have gone downhill and we wont be ordering again for a while, i hope it gets back to how it was.

Absolutely disgusting, food half hour late. Burnt, cold and tasted awful, looked like a congealed mess that had just been chucked in the box. Total waste of money, not worth phoning and complaining because nothing will be done. Dont waste your hard-earned money here, go somewhere where they know how to cook. Delivery driver was very nice and polite tho
