All dishes were cold, pickle tray was like water with no flavour, very greasy onion bhaji and vegetable samosas, tried to resolve with restaurant, manager not interested. Won't be using them

First time ordering from here, possibly be my last.. items missing, food nearly cold.. they say phone if items missing, if I did that the food would have been stone cold… food tasted okay after being in microwave…

Im generally very patient with any food delivery services but this was disappointing. The order took over 2 and a half hours to arrive and the advertised phone number continuously showed “user busy” which gave me no option to communicate with the restaurant.Using Uber eats, we managed to find a mobile number which I called 8 times before a pickup. At this time the restaurant told me that the order was on the way however it did not arrive for another 45 minutes when we are a 15 minute drive away tops.

Placed an order through their website as told that's there preference and had mistakes when ordering over the phone. Never receive any confirmation and have to hope for the best. This evening 45 after eta no food and phone off the hook. Will never use again!

Food arrived in good time. All the dishes ordered were outstandingly tasty. There are lots of vegan options, and the chef cooked a special dish on request, which was very delicious. I highly recommend this takeaway food. Top notch.

There are a lot of Indian Takeaways in Herne Bay, but none specialising in Hyderabadi, and vegetarian southern Indian food, but Herne Bay Tandoori is my absolute favourite for northern Indian food.All of the meat tastes like it’s been marinated for days before it reaches your mouth in all of its smoky, and spicy glory.

I had a really good takeaway, the delivery on a Saturday night was quick and the driver was polite. The food was very good, the king prawns were massive, the vegetable curry was was tasty and their nan bread was fluffy and good. Well recommend by me.

I had the vegetable dunsak and tasted how it was described to be on the website. It was just the right amount of spice and sweet. I enjoyed it a lot, the food came on time and was hot. Would definitely order from here again
