Delivered earlier than expected, hot, fresh and colourful but there is a ‘but’.Perhaps spoiled by Southall curries and a keen homemade curry enthusiast, we were wondering why everything was so sweet? The sweetness completely disguised the subtleties of the spices. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, but everything just tasted of sugar - the chutneys, sauces (greasy - we poured a lot off), naans, bhajis. Take this away (completely in most dishes) and it would’ve been authentic and fresh.”
