They are the rudest people to speak to they hardly know what there doing and they rip you off by not allowing you to order a meal for delivery and make you order it separately which doubles the price. These sort of things shouldn’t be allowed. And there’s no point in going in to collect it to make it cheaper because you will still be waiting a hour for it

They close at 10pm and I went in 9pm.they refused to cook fresh hot wings as there was a hour to finish and start laughing like I'm joking. I will be putting rats in the letter box so I wouldn't eat here if I was you

Absolutely sick to death of the service received by this place.Have been going to mammas since last year... The first 2 or 3 meals were amazing! Thought- "bingo, finally a good takeaway chicken shop in Herne Bay"....then it all changed...Have repeatedly given this place the benefit of the doubt and have kept going back to see if it would improve again but no, it's got worse...Have had food from here 3 times this year...it's taking 5 minutes for you to be acknowledged in the shop, we ring and pre order to be told to collect in 10 minutes- so we turn up and some of the food hasn't even been cooked, the rest of it has been sat for god knows how long (we live 30 seconds away and it was stone cold upon opening it).In January we ordered over the phone to be told to collect in 45 minutes, we arrived to collect it and was kept waiting another 45 minutes.The portion sizes have shrunk drastically.The staff are rude and extremely difficult to communicate with.They have ZERO customer service skills.Ordered a pizza online, told to collect it in 45 minutes, turn up and they claim that they haven't received my order, even though the money has left my bank account and the man was stood with my order on a receipt in his hand. Pizza all tasted of nothing...multiple toppings but all just tasted the same.Shop full of angry and frustrated customers who left and returned with their order with missing items- in the time that I waited for my order to be cooked (in total- 1 hour and 30 minutes).Website is a shambles, ordering over the phone is a shambles, mammas is a shambles...Would rather travel 5 minutes up the road to the worst KFC in Kent.It's a shame this place has got so bad because at first they were great ...now they're just taking advantage over and over again...it's no wonder there wasn't a soul in there on new year's eve.Won't be returning or recommending again

We only ordered 3 chicken wings and chips meal and the main man told us 20 to 25 mins which was fine but then we went back in about 30 mins later and he told us another 15 mins we ended up waiting 50 minutes. The chips weren’t cooked properly they we’re really weird just a bad place really needs new staff it’s just a shame that’s the only chicken shop near by

First time using mamma's through just eat.Delivery time was good but that was about it unfortunately.1 extra star given as the bbq ribs and chips were OK.However the potato skins were dry and cold, the buns for the chicken burgers were stale and hard and the wrap was full of salad a very minimal chicken.First and last time I'm afraid.

Popped in at lunchtime, ordered a small pizza and a 1/2lb burger with cheese. Wasn't the quickest to be fair as it took 25mins but was freshly cooked and very tasty indeed. I will use againI tried to ring through an order last night but, despite trying twice, they were unable to hear me. I rang another takeaway who could hear me fine. Don't know if it was noise at their end but a lost order all the same and a pity as the food was good first time. Perhaps they need to get the online facility working and/or delivery.I've been trying to order for a while now and I have called and emailed the issues on both their website and their page on just eat but they don't seem to care as they don't deal with the issues ie I can't order a thin crust pizza on their website without paying £2 for a stuffed crust which I don't want, and I can't remove salad on a chicken fillet burger on their just eat page. Disappointed

The worst chicken shop in Kent hands down. When first opened I was full of praise. They have cut every corner possible. And the last 3 times I have had in the last two years I have been violently sick. Not saying the to ruin a business. Wings are dead and a day old. And they served me ribs which were half piping hot and half stone cold. Dunno how that is possible. But that’s what a microwave does.

The delivery can before the estimated time…The food was still hot..The chicken was moist & the coating was tasty,not greasy or fatty at all..The corn on the cob was the best I’ve ever tasted & the fries were crispy…Maybe a free bottle of Pepsi or coke would of been nice…A little bit more expensive then KFC but definitely worth it…I for one will not being ordering a KFC again..Mammas will for sure be getting more of our custom…
Chicken stone cold. Chocolate fudge cake hard and stale. Usually good food from here, but tonight extremely disappointed.... What a waste of money!

Ordered double chicken fillet burger meal and grilled wings. Burger was nice and flavourful, fries were crispy but the wings were not the best. I wouldn't consider this place a must try but I will personally come back to try other things from here
