In my opinion the best chinese in hernebay. My takeaway tonight was delivered piping hot and fresh as can be. Christina who answers the phone is unbelievably helpful and her customer service skills are spot on.

Normally, after 25 years of being a loyal customer, New Chows Garden provides a fantastic service and tastiest food around. What arrived at my door yesterday, after almost an hours wait was the most disgusting Chinese food I've ever had.Sorry guys, I only give honest reviews. Better next time around I hope.

My go-to Chinese in Herne Bay. I have it delivered to Whitstable, food is always a great quality, nice and hot. The menu includes everything you can expect from a Chinese. Highly recommend!

Ordered from here as my usual Chinese was closed on Mondays would not order again beef in the curry felt fatty and slimy hardly any chicken in the chicken balls the sweet and sour sauce smelt funny the only thing nice was the curry sauce will not order from here again

A total rip-off. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Special Fried Rice and Soecial Cow Mein containedi little but rice and noodles and were dry and tasteless. Rubbish.
Have just received my delivery as they posted leaflet through my door so thought give them a chance.....my mistake, over cooked dried food. Food that's meant to be in a sauce...no sauce inundated with overcooked chips... order now in bin, will not be trying again.

One of the best Chinese places in the north of Kent, they have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options including a whole array of fake meat dishes so I don't have to miss out on any of the classic dishes while not eating meat.Always delicious and speedy service ?

Disgusting food. Don't waste your money like I wasted mine. Gave the restaurant a call to give me a refund and take the food back but they declined. Feel robbed it's so unfair that you can't have any money back for inedible foods. £40 straight in the bin.

May as well of put £40 in the bin. Did call to complain and they offered me £10 off next time. I declined as I would never make this mistake again. How do you mess up a chow mein?

Still waiting after 2 hours for an order placed through, just eat, after the 3rd time of calling them and complaining was told if I have a problem to go and see them by the person on the phone. When asked for a refund after waiting 2 hours was told the boss who was apparently on his way an hour ago will be here in literally 2 min.. well 10 min later.. no boss no food and nothing but rude staff on the phone. Taking it up with Just Eat but read the reviews a place that was once good seems to be going downhill
