I recommend the full English breakfast with choice of fried bread or toast. The staff were really helpful and the quality of food was fabulous. It was nice to see such a great a family run business here in Hythe. We will return again.

More like a cafe than a tea room. Fried food like chips and bacon. Not very good options on the menu for paninis or sandwiches. No cakes on show, no idea what cakes they had. The staff were pleasant.

Very small serving of cake for £6.95 with a luke warm coffee. Oat milk offered which is nice. Nice gypsy tart but not worth the price. £2.50 for 1 slice of toast & butter, just not great. Shame as service was friendly.

Enjoyed a beautifully cooked breakfast at Brooks, not huge portions but enough for me and my wife and not a sign of fat or grease. Prompt, friendly service despite being very busy, would definitely go again.

Always a treat to stop and enjoy my lunch here, never disappointed. Today I had a very tasty toastie! Plenty of cheese and thick slice of ham with so much flavour I know I'll have it again. What I love about this cafe is the warm welcome, the clean premises and the generous helpings.

Today I visited the tea room and was shocked to hear a rude lady shouting at the boss and staff. I felt awful about the way they were spoken to and I even apologised, explaining how they did nothing wrong. The horrible words spoken to the boss upset me as she’s such a lovely person. This tea room has great service and are extremely friendly. Sad to see people being so disrespectful to them.

Rude staff, no courtesy of other diners trying to ‘enjoy’ their overpriced meals. This tea room is seriously overpriced for below average and overcooked food. Avoid here at all cost.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice environment, good location and they got massive garden my kids can play around

Nice, old style tea room that you can sit inside with your dog and enjoy a cup of tea. They can even pop your drink in a to-go cup for those too busy to stop. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Thanks

Ordered a bacon sandwich with bacon well done, came exactly as requested with a side garnish of salad. This was the freshest salad I have ever had. This place is going to be a regular haunt from now on
