Do not be deceived by the exterior of the restaurant which is fairly tatty. The food and service was excellent. The only improvements would be a better selection of non alcoholic drinks and a dessert menu.

Really lovely restaurant, super friendly staff, fantastic food, nice unusual bottled beer (not Kingfisher or Cobra!) nice atmosphere, efficient friendly knowledgeable waiting staff and we had a pianist playing on Saturday evening who was great, it really added to it. If you're looking to go for a curry in Hythe, don't bother looking anywhere else, just get in here and enjoy!Vegetarian options: Really unusual jackfruit curry, very tasty, first restaurant i've seen using jackfruit.

This is an absolut gem and a gate to one of the best culinary experiences of Indian food I have had in the UK. The co-owner was incredibly friendly, offering us also drinks off menu when we asked for it (sweet and salty lassi), the dishes have an incredible range and variety of tastes.

I visited this place with my friend for his birthday. They arranged a beautiful surprise for him. The food was so very delicious. Lovely people and we surely will visit again. Highly recommended :)

An excellent Indian restaurant specialising in the cuisine of the Punjab. Every dish was beautifully cooked and presented, displaying the range of flavours associated with this part of India. Combined with pleasant and informed service and live music, a 5 star evening.

Really lovely restaurant: very tasty and interesting dishes, a great vibe and the best customer service. Added to which, I left my sunglasses behind and the owner very kindly went out of their way to post them to me. Will definitely visit again if I’m ever back in Hythe. Thoroughly recommend.

This was hands down the best Indian food we have ever had. The staff was wonderful and the food was out of this world! It's a 2 hour trip from us but we are going to be back! Also live music, the pianist on the Saturday night, oh my god!! Amazing!!

A decent selection of vegan dishes for non meat eating members of our group.
I love Indian cuisine and was pleasantly surprised at how great the dishes were which were dishes I haven’t found at any other indian restaurant. Definitely recommend but don’t expect to find typical dishes but instead discover tastier alternatives!!

Went based on a recommendation - not your typical Indian or Asian restaurant for sure - visually an interesting layout and ambience. The pianist was a turn up and very good and the staff were very attentive, answered all questions and service was really good.Compared to other restaurants of late it was good value for sure especially the lovely Shiraz they served. The food is different for sure especially in look and style and the small complimentary tasters in between courses a really nice touch. Our starters were great, but our lamb mains were a bit thick and like a hearty stew rather than an attack on the senses or pallet.Would recommend though and would return

The food was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the aubergine dish - very tender, best I've had!The service and live piano music were also excellent. Great atmosphere, highly recommend!Vegetarian options: The range of vegetarian options was excellent, and very delicious.

I thought West London had good curry houses, Coppers was over and above the best. The flavours were exceptional, the presentation good, the menu very interesting and reasonably priced. Well done Chef! Could you open a branch in West Coker, Somerset?

Have eaten here before a year or so ago, and the standard of food has not dropped one bit! It is not your usual curry house in that its very quirky, big hall type place with funky decor and pictures with Blues music playing instead of the traditional style indian music - at one point a man jumped on the piano and played beautifully for an hour it was awesome evening wth my wife, Incredible food and lovely staff. If it's your first time going here you could think you're in the wrong place when you turn up and that its big and empty especially if you go early but don't DONT turn around as you will miss out on one hell of a curry end off. I bumped into a couple outside who were in there also and we were talking and laughing as they did not know what to expect when they first turned up but said the same awesome food and lovely evening and wil be back as will we.
