Was very pleasantly surprised with this little Chinese takeaway.Food was very delicious and much better than I was expecting. Ribs are very tasty and huge portion. I liked the capitol ribs.The squid had a good taste, was a bit chewy but it’s a takeaway.Chow mein noodles were both tasty (pork and beef) and made fresh super hot.We went in 10 minute before closing and they were very happy to take our order and made it all fresh.Was made in under 10 mins.They were very friendly.The portions are big and great value. The prices are very cheap. Also very large menuDefinitely recommend for a Chinese.

Golden Bowl's food is fantastic - Food is very tasty and the price is cheaper than everywhere else. This is the first time I bought a takeaway from here. I stay in different hotels in different places, came across Golden Bowl tonight with my friend, we both thought we would give it a go, the owner is so friendly with big smiles. She makes you feel so welcome. I ordered Tofu with black bean sauce, Singapore rice noodles and Boiled rice, my friend had beef with green pepper and black bean sauce and mini spring rolls. We are totally blown away with how good the food is. I am a Chinese, I’ve had so many Chinese foods obviously but, I’ve got to say, I loved it. I will definitely come back again when I next come to hythe.Highly recommended ?

Absolutely amazing, got a take away after a late shift on Saturday and couldn’t think what to order so i asked the lady on the phone to choose a chicken dish with chilli and a veg chow mien. Well i’ve never used them before and i was so impressed! The chicken was delicious, not sure what it was but ill be going again! Friendly staff too

Usually very happy with what we get but not today sadly. Pork balls very chewy, Chicken & Mushroom very salty & only 2 bits of onion in whole dish. The samosas were missing & so was the small curry sauce (We did pay for them ) There appeared to be chaos in the shop as another lady got chased with some thing left off her order then she came back for missing sauce
