This used to be a nice clean petrol station to visit but every time I have visited it in the last year, the toilets have been absolutely filthy. There even been times the floor has just been mopped whilst leaving actual toilets filthy. You just have to look at the top of the urinals to see they haven’t cleaned them properly for a long long time….

The ladies toilets had three toilets with two of them out of toilet roll and the other clogged and on top of that none of the toilets had sanitary bins which was very inconvenient. Very disappointing.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the two wonderful ladies working this afternoon (Friday 8th April). We will never forget your kindness and generosity. It was so nice to meet people who are friendly and helpful in between the mayhem and nastiness of some really really angry people! Hope you enjoy your Easter Eggs ladies xx

Huge thank you to your excellent staff. You had the only fuel I could find during the crisis. Your team were directing everyone, managing the queue, and somehow kept up smiling and great service throughout a stressful time. Great team, well done!

People who desperately need petrol during this time can practically be running on empty. Not this greedy man though.He filled up his tank, and also used a canister to secure even more to the tune of £180.The Shell petrol station had NO qualms accepting this massive bill nor followed instructions for 'motorist to fill up as normal.' Shame on you, and hope this is reported.

Just rang this Petrol station and ask for the price for the petrol as I want to plan my journey abroad. Some weird woman said that they don't have a prices for petrol!?Really?? She doesn't know the price for the petrol on the workplace she works?! Rang few other places and there was no problem with telling me the price. If this is the way how they treat customers they don't deserve me to be their customer, definitely lost 2 loyal customers by doing that. Very disappointed.
I had a very very pleasant experience this evening at the Shell garage at Stop24! The lovely Jane made me a very lovely cup of tea and for that I will always be very grateful we had a lovely chat and she is a real life angel

Never in my life have I encountered such unbelievably rude staff. My friend and I were taking part in a hitch-hike race to Paris for charity and stopped off at this station. Within a minute of us just standing there and not bothering anyone (we hadn’t been asking for rides at this point), a woman came out and began to yell at us, threaten us and insult us personally. It was to the point that both my friend and I, generally very put together individuals, began to tear up. Not even this stopped her entirely uncalled for tirade. Totally lost faith in humanity because of this woman, never been treated like that in my life even when I have been in the wrong. Old, short woman with short grey hair and large gold earrings.

Absolute disgrace!! This guy walking around bare footed with mask! From what I gathered he had a Manchester accent! Scousers would never act like this!
