Wasn't where the directions took me, was about 7 miles out. Also wasn't open till the time shown on the site. Very annoyed with this needs updating!!!

During my lunch break I was waiting for service as staff were in the kitchen. I attracted the attention of a lady who sent another female of staff out front and who immediately started giving attitude. Her manner was extremely rude! Her name was Sadie. I would have asked to see a manager if I didn’t need to come back for a colleagues order. Baddie served me on my return who was polite. I won’t be back.

Don't know really where to start with this place. I bought a parking with meal voucher. It's £23 without and £27 with so you benefit with whooping £1. To it to Subway just to be as that was the only place open at 9am just to be greeted by grumpy and rude Subway member obviously unhappy with fact that he had to put his mobile away. Didn't ask anything just grubbed random piece of bread. Rest was even worst. But best came at the moment when I had to pay. It came up to £5.58 but with £5 pond voucher I had to pay £1.08. so that was a case of theft of 50p. Not a big deal for me but just a matter of principle. I went to service office with complain. Got ignored by one guy saying that someone will speak to me (no one ever came) so I asked another guy who said £5 voucher says £5 but they can make of it anything they pleased. So why not make it 3.5 or 2.5. Then I asked to speak to main manager go seems to be the only sensible person and said that he just spoke to them and it should be £5. But that's really it. I will definitely never stop here again.

Great visit when stopped with Leger. As they use this place as an interchange. Subway as expected. Loads of tables to sit at.

We ordered our food, watched it being prepared, then were told the toaster is broken so we had to have cold Steak & Cheese subs... There were no cookies on display, and the store had run out of ham, paper napkins and most kinds of crisps. The hash browns are thrown in a bag and microwaved until they’re firmly stuck together. Only one young lady was working at the busy front counter, whilst her colleague stayed in the kitchen at the back slicing onions with no inclination to come and help to serve customers. The service was friendly and delivered with a smile though, it nicely broke up a long motorway journey. And we had some lunch, so it’s not all bad.

Lovely place to eat while on the road, we were served by a young man named Zack well he had me an me Nana in stitches, what a great bloke and what a great sandwich, Nana wanted his number but she settled for a double chocolate cookie 5 stars would eat again ðŸ‘
