The best part of the dinner was the pad thai, which was tasty and authentic. The tom yum soup, however, tasted nothing like tom yum soup, and the red curry was also blend and disappointing. At the time of payment, the server offered me the card machine without saying anything, and started screaming at me only after I had already paid with an American Express card, which, by the way, the machine was configured to accept, as if it was my fault. The unpleasant end of the night ensured that I would not return even for the decent pad thai.

We have been here a few times when we visit from South Wales. The restaurant is modern, clean and lovely. We have had great service, and the food is delicious.

We ordered food for collection and amongst others there was a pad thai with vegetables. When we discovered that the pad thai contained a few pieces of chicken, we called them to tell them that they made a mistake and our vegetarian family member is starving. Our receipt clearly said it was vegetable pad thai, and they also confirmed that the order they received was vegetable pad thai, but all they could offer was they will make us free pad thai next time. So I confronted that we are not planning to go back there after this and asked for a refund. They were very adamant about the refund (that they don’t do refunds!) and offered either we come back to the restaurant again in this cold weather (when everybody’s sat down for dinner) to collect FREE pad thai (how generous of you!) or come back tomorrow with pad thai to prove that it contains chicken and then they can refund.We didn’t call you to lie about it. There was not even a single word of “sorry”. It was meant to be a happy family reunion dinner and my poor vegetarian sister had to starve and prepare her own meal when everybody was having their meal. We quite liked your restaurant (and have been there several times) but not anymore. Not the kind of service that I expected to see in a local restaurant.

I had lunch here with friends today. The restaurant is clean, well laid out, and with comfortable chairs. It was warm inside and inviting. The food was beautiful, and was all freshly cooked. The service was impeccable and the waitress attentive and helpful with our order. It is also very reasonably priced. We will definitely visit again soon.

Small portions of tasteless food. 4 prawns in a pad thai was stingy. Really bland food. Definitely wouldn't go back. Poor value for money and absolutely dreadful music (Lionel Richie).....

Popped into this local Thai and were blown away by the food and service!Excellent menu with enough choice (but not pages of options which can be off-putting) and also a good range of beers including actual Thai-brewed lager!Jungle curry was perfect with just enough heat to be a challenge without needing to pace yourself!Will definitely go back soon - thank you!
Nice food.We went therein the afternoon so it wasn't busy. Food I wouldn't say authentic (not that spicy) but it tastes good.

Come here for a takeaway and got home I live quite far from where the restaurant is but really fancied Thai food got home and half my order was missing called the restaurant to be told I had to go back to collect the rest I said I wasn't happy with this as the rest of the food would be cold they said they would recook the order for me when I turned up they never recooked the whole order I don't usually complain however when you spend over £60 on an order I at least expect the 2nd chance to be right the food was not the best Thai IV ever had but maybe that's because I couldn't really enjoy the food I then lost hope to complain again but will not be going back
