The Waterfront gets better with every visit, it's a great place for us as we come out of the Channel Tunnel crossing.Service was friendly and attentive, the view from the large windows onto the beach is great - especially on a sunny day.We had the best fish & chips in a long time. Yes, it's a classic but then you can appreciate a restaurant for the care it puts in traditional dishes: portions were large, fish was super-fresh and crispy and the batter was more like tempura, fine and tasty without being overbearing.Mussels marinara were also excellent, meaty and well-cooked - we live in Belgium so we should know.Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service but will not be returning because the volume of the music meant it was impossible to have a conversation. We asked several times for the volume to be turned down but were ignored.

This is easily one of the best restaurants I've dined at in Britain. The location is fantastic, the decor is beautiful, and the staff are highly professional. My meal arrived piping hot, and to be honest, the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the food.I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but it was such a positive experience that I had to look them up afterwards. Even their website and social media pages are top-notch. Kudos to the owner! It's clear they have a meticulous eye for detail, which truly elevates the dining experience.

Great Cafe, Restaurant, & bar on the Seafront at Hythe.Had a coffee in the morning, had a walk along the beach front, then called back for lunch and a drink.Great decor with a good collection of Sport memorabilia.

Cold room and no option of heating as turned radiator on and nothing.Stinking dirty carpet and 1 de cafe tea bag.Very over priced

Very good service and a table with a great, sunny, seaview. Roast beef was a little rare but all in all a lovely lunch at a moderate price.Another lunch with friends. Great meal and lovely attentive service.Parking: You must be careful to register your car in the carpark or face a very expensive fine.

We went to this restaurant as a special treat for my husband's birthday. I parked in the car park for the restaurant, but didn't realise you had to register your car in the restaurant. I received a parking ticket and despite providing a copy of my restaurant bill, was still pursued by the car parking company and fined £140 in addition to the £200 I spent in the restaurant. This feels very unfair and spoiled the evening.

Great for a wake!

Had roast beef today. Meat was perfectly cooked, vegetables were lovely and Yorkshire pudding was....well like a Yorkshire. Only slight problem was that the food was rather cold as the plates weren't warmed enough. Next time.....please, please warm the plates up more.
