We ordered a kebab and it came raw and it it was all hard and made us sick and we orderd and fish cake and it was green won't recommend eating from here twice its done this

Absolutely terrible service avoid like the plague ordered a chicken shish with chips for £10, when we received the delivery we opened up the Keebab and was greeted with raw chicken see photo attached we decided to swap the meal for burger and chips awaited delivery again only to be delivered a single beef burger on its own phoned up to get a refund only to be told I would have to go through the Agro on the website when I told them I have had enough and didn’t want to deal with going through the agro of applying for a refund etc the phone was abruptly slammed down will not be using again all other food was Luke warm and not very appetising

most unprofessional place i’ve ever ordered food from. we waited 2 hours for our food, we phoned a few times and the lady we spoke to was great. then the owner of the place screamed at us down the phone because we were calling again to see where our food was. he screamed down the phone aggressively then slammed the phone down on us. 100% never go there. food also came freezing cold. delivery driver was extremely rude as well.

Only order for collection. Delivery is always over an hour even though they always say 30 minutes. They lie constantly when you call saying the driver is on the way, when they haven’t even made it yet.Order for collection is always ready and nice in 15

Had a delivery from here all I can say is don't order from here the food was horrible when I rang them and I quote I was polite to the man he was very rude on the phone definitely will not have from there again ,total waste of money,I would like to give them no stars ????
Fab food, kitchen listen to your requests. No joke if I get a kebab... I managed to sneak a few bits before everyone else wants some! Love them

Very busy shop so waiting is understanding. Nicely cooked food getting a bit pricey now but they do have bills to pay. Recommend the Cod and chips best fish I've consumed in a long time. Definitely worth trying this shop it will be hard to find another just as good in this area.
