This review is based off the poor service I recieved in Costa. When I approached the counter, the barista was more focused on her phone then taking my order. When speaking with her, she was more interested in speaking with someone else other then myself.Normally I wouldn't complain, but I'm not the only one to complain about the poor service. I noted someone ordered a sandwich. When the sandwich arrived, they took one bite out of it and returned it, as the bread was stale. What astounded me was the reaction from the waiter. No word of an apology. A look of irritation, like the customer was an inconvenience. Once the customer had her replacement, it was back to looking at her phone, as rubbish was left on the tables. There was also confusion over the pricing of the food there as customers often asked why the food was a different price to what was advertised. And everything was served in paper cups. The excuse was the dish washer wasnt working. What's the point in even asking if i was having the coffee there, or to go? Why not mention it from the beginning?Quite honestly the worst attitude I've ever seen. Absolutely appalling service.

Great shop for picking up all different types of things like clothes, toiletries, baby, household, Christmas decorations, toys and cards. It also has a cafe upstairs.

Great sale. Car Park was busy. Didn't have to wait very long in the queue to pay. Freindly staff member served us with a smile

The store is fantastic with everything you need and friendly staff. The only niggle is that they could open a few more tills. The queue is always long. If you fancy a cup or tea/meal afterwards don't bother with the cafe. We went there during half term where Asda were offering cheap kids meals, however for the 2nd time running, they had no food. Only tea and coffee. The guy behind the counter was also unhelpful with an attitude problem.no explanation or apology. A real let down

The queues were so long to actually pay for items I ended up leaving them in store and walking out.Hi Thank you for your reply. I did ask an assistant why the ques were so long and why there were not more staff helping and the response was a shrug and they said it was the time of year!

Asda Home is brilliant for all kinds of things. Parking can bit difficult and be aware of the 90min rule if you park at wickes.

It's filled with lots of items especially for children. Budget-friendly too. Unfortunately they did not have some shirts in store except online

Good store. Avoid on Sundays, far too busy in store. Also, it took about 15 minutes driving around in the small car park to find a space.

Lots of stock well worth a browse but maybe avoid at peak times as parking is squeezed unless you park in town and stroll over

Great store with cute baby and children clothes. The homewear section has heaps of stuff to choose from. Staff are always friendly.

Store has good range. Click and collect desk has moved again and not very well sign posted. Always a q to pay. Free car park can be nightmare during peak times.

Nice store but the cafe is terrible! It used to be good but for the past year or so I had only a bad experience here. The man behind the till is very moody and unhelpful. On a couple of occasions, the coffee we ordered was really bad. The food is ok but overpriced for what it is. Needs improvement and customer service training

I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was a lovely shop. Really good range of ASDA products which weren't food. I did appreciate that baby milk was left with the other baby items though. Upstairs is a kid's dream with all those shelves of toys to adventure around. Not what I was expecting but great all the same.

By far my worst experience of any Big Name supermarket!! This then continued into the Swanley branch. I am so horrified by the whole experience!! In 30 years within the retail industry I am flabbergasted by how poor the level of customer service, or lack of has been. J will be taking my experience to head office and will not let it drop!!
