I’ve been to your place 4 times and it’s always shut early. Once again today closed before 7! It says 7.30 on your window and the la dry inside shouted “we close at 7” I had to point out it was 6.50!!! Spend your money elsewhere

Ordered late in the evening on my last night at Swansea (as a masters student, so been here for four years and gutted to leave ?). Not only was the food bang on, but a lovely note was scribbled on the inside of my nuggets box. It went a long way with me, I thought it was so kind and hope the staff on duty get praised for their sentiment.

We were order number 7 at 20:00. We didn’t receive our order and spoke to what we believe to be the manager. He sorted our order out straight away and made up for the mess. Very good manager. Fault tall young looking lad with darkish hair.

Just the place to pop into when hungry, Standard fayre like every othr BK but tasty & great chips. Quick service, always freshly heated up rather than 'cooked' fresh if you understand me. Clean, pleasant staff. 1 issue was i had to pay 10p for 2 mayo but my friend wasn't asked to pay? They need to decide what it should be!

It’s okay but could be cleaner inside especially down stairs. Restaurant needs to be improved both in the service and presentation. Okay for a quick lunch.
Only wanted a quick bite and didn’t want to go far in the rain from the main shopping centre. Served quickly and sat to wait. Didn’t wait too long and all food was served lovely and fresh and hot. Would we visit again? Yes.

Even though it is junk food it is very filling and very tasteful I truly enjoy their burgers the prices are reasonable it’s clean and not over crowded love my junk food

Im always in burger king take my mobile phone and us app good value for money then and great food love it there this is were I go to have food in swansea take my family with me as well.

we were shopping on my daughters birthday 6/10/18 - she was hungry so we called in as we were in the market opposite awful took about 25 mins to get our food (had been served) standing like idiots waiting, people getting served about us - tea was cold the time food came plus it looked nothing like what was on the sign and was about the size of a kids happy meal burger (King Fish) - avoid go to Mcdonalds instead
