This is mine and my partners go to takeaway shop! The food is delicious with great portions sizes. Our deliveries always come earlier than the expected time for delivery! We also always ask for an extra pot of burger sauce and we offer to pay for it but we have got it free every time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a chippy tea!!

Food is amazing and my partners family have been coming here for years but tonight they lost probably one of their longest serving customers! I will be telling absolutely everyone, friends and family not to ever go here again and all for the sake of £25! Like the last review in two weeks we have been charged twice and then another occasion the food never turned up. Tonight due to not being able to resolve the issue we attended the shop. The young guy was amazing, gave us the meal we paid for on Sunday with no quibble but when I questioned the fact we’d been charged twice on the order before, having been told it would be reimbursed I was met by absolute rudeness, Mustafa couldn’t even be bothered to look at the proof we’d been charged twice, even though we were instructed to by the younger male. He then stated we needed to call, which we had numerous times to no avail and he then proceeded to say he didn’t believe us basically calling me a liar! Little does he know how much custom that has cost him! My parting words were the fact that they had now lost everyone we know and all our family members for the sake of £25, silly man!!! ?

Ordered a takeaway Friday night…took over 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold…if you like chewing cardboard this is the place to go!! 4 calls made and everytime I was told it was 5mins away, I even tried to cancel and ask for a refund but was told it’s too late as it’s on its way! By the time it arrived my daughter was in bed so her meal wasted already. I rang again to complain it was so late and arrived cold and after a lot of rudeness I was told I would be credited a free order. Guess what…tried to make the owed free order and was told actually I have to pay for half…needless to say I didn’t and will be ordering from someone else! This used to be our regular kebab shop but I will definitely not be returning and am shocked by how they treat/speak to their customers!!!

Had a lovely kebab from here last night with some friends. I went for chicken donner, my mates had lamb shish. The meat was succulent and overall a very good meal. Would come back again ?

When our food was delivered, delivery driver was so rude saying he had to travel to far to deliver to us. My husband explained we ordered off Deliveroo still he was rude saying to far to deliver. My husband then suggested take their shop off deliveroo if he didn't want to travel so far to deliver orders.Chips were over cooked and swimming in oil, battered sausages were over done the batter was so tough I had trouble eating it. Chicken burger had no Lettuce and mayonnaise in it. Will never order from here again.

Order was over an hour late, then the driver knocked over a light in garden. Owner denied he has anything to do with the driver and wouldn’t take responsibility nor give me the drivers details. I am having to go to citizens advice to make a claim against the company and also a police incident form. Just eat terms and conditions claims that it is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure the service is delivered well. Do not go here for food, poor management- didn’t even know his drivers name, late cold food and very difficult to talk to.

Not only an hour and a half to be delivered, the delivery guy demanded £4.50 for delivery, when I have already paid £1.50 for the delivery. To make it even worse the food was rank

Just had a takeaway what a horrendous kebab! Chicken burnt! Pitta burnt! Salad didn’t taste fresh may as well lobbed a whole onion in the was it was (or wasn’t) chopped! Then I found a great hair and a black hair in my food! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Over an hour cook it and driver picked it up took another hour i had call 3 times they are absolutely useless - food arrived stone cold, complained to uber who refunded me. The drivers were kebab shop drivers though.

I am absolutely appalled by the service we received from Arda. Our food never arrived, and when we rang up asking where it was they said it had been delivered. We were called liars, and the restaurant initially refused to send out another order. After being shouted at down the phone I requested a refund on the food we never received and we were refused. I don’t recommend anyone orders from this place, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
