Delivery service is 5* but poor customer service. When I telephoned to complain about my mediocre tasting pizza and the wrong delivery of side order - ate half of small pizza as so hungry but rest thrown away. When I asked why when my order had 6 mins 'quality control' the incorrect fries weren't spotted; only response was sorry - waste of £24 - I SHALL NEVER USE DOMINOES FOR A TAKEAWAY OPTION AGAIN (both local Indian or Chinese are far cheaper and more tasty)!

Can't believe they reduced personal pizza lunch time deal to 2 toppings and wedges are no longer part of the takeaway package deal. Pizza was great however, even with just 2 toppings, but I missed the other 2. Don't even think of parking outside to pick up your pizza, as its in busy road, off a hairpin left turn, so you can easily miss it.

Unfortunately, whilst waiting for our food there were at least 8 members of staff standing around chatting/ giggling- oblivious our food sat on the side waiting to go out for 5 minutes.

I give a 2 star in service because the lady on the phone wasn't helpful at all. We all know that staffs are in a rush but at least speak to the customers nicely!!

The 'staff' member I spoke to last night was surly and disinterested. The app failed to connect, thus no deals on offer, and I was told they couldn't help and the store price was the best they could do. £38 for two pizzas and two sides! Where do dominos get off thinking that's reasonable. Still can't get on the app. Had Chinese instead...
