Service very slow despite it not being that busy. Lots of kids which you might expect from such a place but the music was cranked so loud that it made it all a bit overwhelming.During the October holiday they are doing free adult meals for every kids meal which is a pretty sweet deal at least.

I had a fab time celebrating my birthday with family today. The atmosphere is relaxed, with good food and good music. We always enjoy coming to Frankie and bennies and was not disappointed today, would recommend to all who want a great time for a fair price.

What an amazing experience, our special requirements were catered for perfectly. The service we received from our waiter Alex was above and beyond, excellent food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend to all.

Me, my friend and our kids decided to stop here for lunch. Was greeted by our host Lewis almost immediatly and was sat down at a table right by the windows. Service was fast and welcoming and the food was incredible. Definitely coming back.

My wife, my 2 sons (11 and 13) and I visited Frankie & Benny’s in Maidstone on Sunday 18th September 2022 and here’s our experience. We walked in and was met immediately by a man who showed us to our seat. Great. Very helpful. Then it took about 10 mins for the waiter (an oriental chap who was very friendly and helpful) came over and took our drink order. In fact, my disabled wife on crutches had walked back over to the car park (about 5 mins away) to get her phone from the car and walked back to the restaurant and sat down before the waiter had asked for our drinks. He was very helpful though and a credit to the restaurant. Then a few minutes later our drinks arrived and our order was taken. We ordered 2 starters between 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) 1 chicken burger with chips 1 chicken/halloumi burger and chips One hotdog and chips 1 burger and chips. Then we had 2 puddings between 4 of us. The halloumi was absolutely rank and inedible. It was like a brick. In fairness the waiter did ask me if I wanted some more halloumi when I told him. But that was never going to justify the ridiculous price. My autistic son’s chips were so overcooked that he had to ask me to help him eat them so he didn’t want to leave them and explain. Then the bill came in… £100!!!! (Actually £98) RIDICULOUS! I know times are hard right now but £100 for that food was absolutely dumbfounding. I don’t think I’ll ever bother with a Franky & Benny’s again. A shame because they used to be decent. Not bow though.

Brought my brother here in a group of 9 for his birthday. Had an amazing time and our waiter Alex was the best. Good food and great value. We had a great time and we will be back

I order food from Stacks via just eat & had the Hickory Stack burger, the description has no mention of mayonnaise being in the burger. I am in the early stages of pregnancy so am not able to eat mayonnaise unless pastrised. I didn’t see this being an issue as Mayo shouldn’t have been in the burger. My partner called frankie and bennies and explained this and asked if the mayonnaise was safe in pregnancy to which he was told ‘we can’t tell you because you ordered through a third party (just eat)’ the restaurant refused to tell us if there ingredients was SAFE!! Absolutely disgusting!!
Fabulous birthday lunch! The restaurant was very warm & welcoming.Alex, our server, had the patience of the Gods and was very friendly and polite.The food was absolutely delicious and, we felt, great valueThank you Alex and all the staff involved on my special day!

The food presentation can be better, pizzas base was black ( burned ) and taste didnt was very good for all in our company. The interior is very nice. CAN DO MUCH BETTER FOR A PRICE.

Just disgusting eating here, food is rather expensive for the poor microwave quality. Cutlery and glasses were dirty as if they were just dried out after someone used them. The chocolate Fudge cake was definitely microwaved as the chocolate had a skin formed over it and half of it was still rock hard, custard had more lumps than spotty kid.
