What a miserable experience. The food was less than satisfactory, the service was non existent as was the ice cream that should have accompanied the Brownie thing, which looked like a chocolate brick. Our server even had the audacity to tell us that there was a mistake on the menu , which is why we shouldn't have expected ice cream. I promise never to set foot in here again......I'm grey, not stupid...

I'll never forget Mrs. Anita Ephraim an expert Trader who supported and presented a fabulous service on my trading account. I’m so glad as I trusted Anita, l and gave her a chance to help grow my $1,000 capital into a huge gain of $12,000 in just a week. Mrs Anita Ephraim, help my family and I forever indebted to you for the financial stability you brought to our home, its really a testimony to be shared so I advise the entire public to invest with Her. contact via: WhatsApp:+1 224 208 8320 Email:[email protected]

Brown lettuce, soggy cucumber, soft crutons... 20 quid for a worse mixed grill than muggletons ?.. Mrs had a burger and chips from the lunch menu, she was happy with it. Nacho starter was half a fistfull of Aldi value tortillas with a tex mex mix shoved on top. Waitress was nice and friendly but disgusted with everything else.. white horse in bearsted charges less for 5* food actually cooked by chefs and not a COOK. Looking for my money back on this one as I didn't eat anything but one overcooked but if gammon. Also,,, snotty egg ?? and it was on the steak not the gammon... Made for a slimy steak. Never again

When 75% of the menu is rotisserie chicken and they don’t have any for at least an hour it makes it difficult to chose something else so with the ultimate combo you could change from half a chicken to half a chicken breast. Ok we thought chicken breast is quite big so although it wasn’t exactly what we wanted we thought better than nothing….WRONG the chicken came up as half a breast that was so small it looked like it came from a poussin and was over cooked and dry. Then we get to my order I chose the tapas starters for my main potato skins, mushrooms and chicken wings all of it came up cold I told the waitress she took it away and came back with my potato skins now deep fried! I felt dubious about eating them but by now almost an hour after ordering I was starving as I put my folk into one of them the fat literally oozed out which put me off so I gave up. Although I was told my food was free I would rather have had edible food and paid for it. Sorry but we won’t be back and I’ll be telling friends and family to give it a miss too.

Husband booked for 12.30pm and it wasn’t busy. The 3 course set menu for Mothers Day gave us enough choices for a very reasonable price. The food was delicious but our waiter Joe made it a great experience. Very personable and willing to chat about the menu and help meet our dietary needs. Hope next time we go he is our waiter again.

Thought we would treat the mother in law while visiting from Norfolk. Let’s just say, never again! The burgers were so dry, burnt, tasted fatty and had hard bits in them. The peas weren’t cooked and the waffles and fruit were still frozen. Absolute waste of money.

Want to say a big shout out too Teresa. Our waitress. She was so welcoming and we arrived a little too late to have breakfast but she managed to have a word with the kitchen and we was pleasantly surprised to be able to still have it. Also at the time we didn’t realise Santa was doing visits to the tables and if you wanted too for a small charge your child could go and have a visit in his grotto. Again this had finished by the time we had arrived but she had a little word with Santa and my daughter was able to do this. So we had a lovely breakfast and visit to Santa. All unexpected but very much appreciated. All down to the lovely Teresa.

Me and my family came Sunday for a meal for my birthdays birthday. From beginning to end it was 10/10. We had starters mains and desserts and everything was presented lovely and tasted amazing! There was no wait time. Starters were brought out in good time then we didn’t wait long for the mains. Joe was our lovely waiter and we couldn’t fault him. Very smiley and polite and was exceptional at his job. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

I go here with family so many times and I will always get full and give positive feedback, this place is excellent and would recommend to anyone. The drink selection is great for my children as they can keep refilling up on orange juice, and me and my wife can always refill on Pepsi. The salad bar has great options, sometimes the salad bar may not be full and would take a long time but when it’s full it’s very pleasing and me and my children will be up there every second. But during our meal we heard a ringing, people around us were also hearing this and it became annoying. It took a long time for a waiter or waitress to come and see what was happening, in the end we found out that it was the disabled toilets ringing. This upset me and my family knowing that if they needed help and rang this bell then NO ONE would be there to help and this bothered me a lot.

First, the good stuff. Decent food (mainly), reasonable prices. Service good enough. Now the not so good. How many times do you have to cook breaded mushrooms to get the outside so solid and in insides so mushy? Kids running about everywhere, including briefly, one eating with his fingers at the end of the salad bar and using the same fingers to get onion crispies and other bits and bobs out of their containers. Parents did not seem to care. Truly awful. I know this is not really, the restaurant's fault, although some rules with regard to the salad bar, and some "policing" might help.

Why can you not go to a restaurant and get a table for 7 , only to be told No available till 4 . But can go on line and book a table for 7 and get a table straight away ?? Anyway the food was brilliant, the service exceptional , would we go back again definitely, but would advise people to book on line and not just turn up .
