The man who works here is very lovely and chatty and I return based on this experience. The two ladies that were in the shop when my partner and I visited were extremely rude, more interested in waving to her friends outside. There was a miscommunication with pricing and when I decided didn’t want to pay certain price I said oh okay I’ll leave it thanks and she turned around and said bye?? Rudest staff and worst I’ve been treated ever will not return

A very unexpected purchase!! "Popped" in to see what HC was all about and walked out with a Velvetiser and a Dualit for me and my partner. The store was welcoming and the staff extremely helpful. A young man named Jack assisted us with detailed answers to our questions and guided me to a coffee he felt would meet my tastes (tried it when I got home) and he was spot on.The one point that impressed and pleased me the most was the fact that a sale was not pushed upon us with aggressive tactics, instead we were given guidance and left to make our own choices, once made we were served quickly and politely, then offered to leave our purchase to collect once our other town shopping was complete.I had no intention of making any purchase but as a coffee drinker to me it was a no brainer and I know both machines will be well used, I am sure once the family hear we have them they will visit that little bit more often.

Lovely chocolates. Beautiful presentation. One member of staff not wearing a mask and another wearing one with his nose exposed. Hence only three stars. I didn't feel safe. It's a small shop and it was crowded. I suffer with asthma but it's controlled with medication so I always wear a mask myself.
