Today 03/03/24I ordered from the app for table service and waited for 15 minutes and my food wasn't delivered to me. I had to collect myself while there was a table selection option on the app. The girl that looked like East Asian at the counter wasn't welcoming and rude.During my previous several visits I found them lazy and not customer friendly.Replacement of staff can increase the customer satisfaction.

Literally popped in for lunch, nice clear sign in the door saying issues with mobile app and card payments, not a bother as there is literally a cash machine a few doors down, and it was nice to actually interact with the staff, our server was smiley and happy and easy to confuse which is always fun, literally ordering our food was like two grown ups trying to split the atom. But we got there in the end. We collected our food from an equally happy server and headed upstairs to eat. The bin was overflowing and there didn't seem to be any staff about to empty the bin, the issue was compounded by people still trying to ram waste into an obviously overflowing bin. However a security guard did walk past the bin and attempt to squash more into it rather than finding someone to empty it.

The staff locked the toilet doors and refused for my kids to use them after paying for nearly 40 pounds worth of and eating in the bloke just stood there saying no he served us and still said the toilets are locked it wasn't even 10pm the manager did let us after I asked why the chips were over salty but cooked really nice chicken was nice I'd still go again clean and tidy aswell

The food was quite good for a fast food restaurant.Sadly the service was very poor and we do not think that we will be coming back to this one. It is a shame because in general we like KFC.The drinks were covered and dripping with Pepsi all over and even on the plastic lid at the top. The person serving noticed it but did not clean them or think of replacing them.The table was not properly cleaned as it had stains.We've been to quite few KFC's and this is the first in which there was no station with sauces, sugar, salt, cutlery, napkins etc. We had to ask for cutlery, as it was not given to us.It is worth mentioning that the restaurant was nearly empty at 11:30am so there is really no excuse for poor service.If the service have been handled better we could recommend the restaurant, but sadly we did not have a positive experience.

Got KFC delivered the new Christmas feast bucket it was quite late finished work didnt want to cook but I now wish I had the food was horrendous I've had take time off of work sick its coming out of both ends, chicken vert salty gravy just tasted like pure salt, hot wings were like cardboard thighs were dryer than a nun on Easter Sunday avoid this place not worth losing £250 a day

Every time we go here there is something missing in your order you can’t go back to ask for it as the food will be cold oh well good luck for the future KFC ya’ll don’t come back now you
Ordered via just eat at 20:24, time kept changing until at 21:50 got a order cancelled from just eat. Don't blame just eat for a change, this is totally kfc week street. Useless store. Avoid at all costs

Sourpuss the manageress completely poor attitude.Poor food poor manners and poor attitude.Go shop in the shop next door a high end chicken shop, Wendy's or McDonald's all within 1 minutes walk.I do not generally leave bad reviews but what is the point of opening if you don't like serving and have mediocre meals.As for offer they do not do any but tell them to scan in at the counter.Lack luster and dire at best. There are many places to eat and new places opening. All have security and cameras.

The worst kfc ever. The food is okay but the service is so worst, they don't know how to take orders. Too much time to give the order. They forget items to pack properly. They restaurant tables are always uncleaned and the bins are always full.Vegetarian options: Just the vegan burger and cookies

I ordered 6 piece original chicken and I asked them for no that much leg but when I checked the bag their was 5 legs. Also when I rang the manager she was very rude.
