Food is excellent. Always value for money. As with many takeaways the delivery apps now mean it takes longer to get served in person.Although I had to wait I felt that Rose gave very good service. Deducted a star for the wait.

Not good Christmas eve just a simple order baterd sausage and chips had to wait for sausage to be cooked then it went to someone else cooked again then went to deliver roo finally got my order after 26min no apology from owner just thank for waiting 40 years been using shop it will be the last

The best customer service I have ever had. The food was lovely we had the Cod was so tasty and light.. chips were delightful and husband had a kebab which was massive and tasty. . I can not say enough how they treated us. Customer service was above and beyond. Please do go to Marino Fish Bar on the Ashford Road Bearsted . Best fish and chips we have ever had. 100% the worst chicken shish I’ve ever had! Wasn’t even a shish as the chicken was clearly oven cooked, bland and dry.Supposed to be a large but was tiny and the contents didn’t even fully fill a small pita. No chilli pepper or slice of lemon Told me 20 mins but after arriving at the 20 min mark waited another 20 mins.Maybe stick to the great fish and chips you do and avoid doing chicken shish because that was terrible and I feel ripped off.

First time here, staff were friendly. Nice chunky chips, cooked nice. Also had battered sausage. good quality sausage for a chip shop and batter is good too so maybe i will try the fish next time im in the area. Thank you!

I honestly feel that the staff service & food quality have gone down Hill the girls on there Thursday & Tuesday so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable ordering. Chips were horrible & staff obviously don't get along so your exposed to arguing with one poor girl on the verge of tears as the other one bosses her around & shouting at her infront of customers. Last 6 months this place has gone down hill..used to be one of the best chippies ever

Absolutely rude staff, i have an accent & when ordering mocking my accent. Portion size was overpriced. I am shocked at the poor level of service. If you look different & speak with an accent do not go here theyre not welcoming & repeat your order in a condescending manner. I see the response to any reviews is met with defence as opposed to recognising changes need to happen. My kids once loved this chip shop but never again
