Has to be the coldest (as in room temperature) McDonald’s I’ve ever been to !Cold air started to blow just as our food was served, which made me and my kids cold!Also, why do you never have the Books with the kids food, always the toy, which my kids don’t want.Service was fast, food was hot, tables could had been cleaner, but it is Fast Food.

Food was standard for McDonald's went 2 days in a row. Day 1: Everything came out cold after the 15 minute wait for a cheeseburger. Day 2: 20 minute wait for a slightly larger meal.

Waited 25 minutes after placing order.Dietary restrictions: Very little if any guidance for gluten intolerance. For a company so huge, they should lead the way in gluten free options. As with most corporates, quick to jump on the vegan bandwagon. I only come here because the children like it. They eat, while I don’t. It’s always a last resort.

I really hope McDonalds finds the time to read this. Your employee, Tamara, deserves a bloody medal. So does the manager who was working today. My autistic child, was shouted at by an elderly lady wearing a Mickey Mouse bag, yes you read that right, for moving chairs. I moved him to another table, This of course triggered a meltdown, tears, anxiety and fear for my 10 year old - who does not cope with confrontation at all. Tamara, was an absolute star, talking to my son for ages, making sure he was calm, going so far as to give him a hug and reassure him that his uniqueness only made him more special! The manager at the store working today approached me after the event and asked me to never feel like I have to move again. Thank you to you both for your understanding and patience. It meant a lot to both to me and my son.

I have no complaints about the food, the food is good. But the hot chocolate should NOT be served. It is literally just brown water. No taste, nothing. Which makes me think they aren't filling up the machines properly OR I'm just getting the bad bits, but this has been my 6/7 breakfast order from them and i've only been able to drink about 2 of those hot chocolates. The rest have been flavourless and rank. They really need to make sure the food/drink is fit for consumption. Don't be careless to your customers.

Order easy enough. Double cheese burger. Toffe latte small chips. Burger and chips cold. Latte cold and no toffee. Not that busy and plenty of staff. Last time here wrap was cold. Never again ?...

Cold fries with a wierd tang so chewy I choked, burger bun fell apart as was wet, I had whole onion slides in hamburger as large as the whole onion not diced, big mac was so sloppy it went through the cardboard and I had 13 gherkins in a no gherkin order, side salad was pathetic two forks of frisse lettece one slice of cucumber and tomato, more salad in big mac, rubbery chicken sandwich it was a waste of money for 20 quid

Meal was served cold and half the menu seemed unavailable, and the seating arrangement isn’t organised well for Covid. Screens have huge gaps and everyone is penned in like cattle. The seating area in the centre would be better as you could distance them properly. Staff seem miserable - maybe management need to treat them better?
