Extremely poor experience. We have a vegan friend who ordered (and paid for in advance) a pina colada. They poured cheap UHT milk into it and put whipped cream on top. As anyone knows these are not ingrediends of a pina colada. Then vigorously refused a refund or replacent with a vegan friendly drink. Pretty awful experience.

Wow what a hidden little gem with an old school vibe. Still can't believe it's open till 4am 7 days a week very local come here regularly. Staff are great family run great experience. Weekends are great and weekdays are good too had a great chat with Lucas such a good guy. And doorman are very professional.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. As a senior woman attending with my daughter she had a panic attack, my grandson ran upstairs into the loo to ensure his mum was okI understand that it is not right for a man to enter a womens loo, but we now have loos that have to accommodate those who are trans etc, yet one woman who informed us she worked there was extremely rude with an attitude. I tried to explain my daughter has mental health issues and we needed to get info the loo to uncheck on her. To which she responded.... " I'm going to get security". We were then escorted out ..I do not live in the area but was visiting. That night was tained by a nasty incident. I would never, ever want to go into that place again.As I said before I am a senior citizen and went into the toilet, as I'm allowed to do to ensure my daughter was safe. I can assure you I was not rude. As a career in law for over 35 years I know how to deal with people. I merely pointed out the reason behind my gling into the toilet and my grandson rushing in afterwards. For an establishment to be successful you need to be aware of people with disabilities and clearly you and your staff do not have empathy of others. Clearly reading some of your reviews others too have been less than happy with your service. As I said I have no desire to ever enter your premises again. I do not live in the area..I live in Australia.

I complained to the manager the following week & he told me to speak with him outside in a few minutes. Was he there when I went outside? Obvs not. I will not be returning. Try & pay cash for their service if you decide to venture there

Really fun little bar just off the main high street. Open until very late (sign said 4am) so it's an excellent place to round off a late night.Good music and atmosphere with an excellent selection of drinks. Indoor seating around the dancefloor and outdoor seating is available too.Staff are very friendly and the service was quick too.

Always a good laugh in here, friendly bar staff and doormen and they’ll keep your stuff safe (if you leave it there when you’ve had 1 too many) ready to pick up the next day.
