However, the Manageress (Lisa), brought around some surplus food to give out after breakfast, this is quite usual in most McDonalds restaurants.What wasn't usual was the amount of food, there are not normally such an enormous amount of surplus items. Furthermore, they do not normally give out used receipts to accompany the food, each receipt had the name Lisa written upon it, all pre-prepared, telling customers to write a review highlighting her name for good service, as she would receive a bonus for each one posted.I felt this was very unfair on other staff, not being able to do this (if they did, I suspect they would be in trouble for doing so).Why shouldn't the young man delivering food to tables, or the lady cleaning be allowed to do this?”
