Being vegetarian I wouldn't expect my cheese and tomato toastie to be cut in half with the same knife just used to cut a ham toastie with - but this is exactly what I got. I asked for another one. Not impressed, Costa.

Perhaps was the time of day we visited but it was exceptionally tranquil. A delicious bite and drink.
Yet again I had a medium skinny latte only to end up with the equivalent of small latte but paying for the medium. Most branches make sure there is not over an inch of froth on the top.

Absolutely shocking place!Staff are so so rude. Didn’t give us what we’d paid for, had to prove we’d paid on our receipt. Charged an extra £1 for one tiny butter for a 2 slices of toast. Half full hot drinks. Just a shocking service from start to finish.
